love this laptop, looks great and great performance!

Works great so far for gaming and is compact all in one.

This laptop as we all know has been on the tech world news ever since it's announcement and I made sure I'm a good investment worthwhile for the money and I feel it was worth the wait and now I'm using it!!!! Has lovely internal specs like RAM and graphic card which makes the performance even better and AMD as a processor, killed it.

Great and powerful little laptop, but initially has some pretty bad cpu temp issues. Takes a bit of configuring and locking the cpu boost clock to 3.2mhz, and playing on turbo fan speeds for decent temp control. Runs great when on silent battery mode and doesn't have any heat issues when doing light work or school work.

I was able to purchase the laptop on sale and worth the wait. The laptop has been super fast and smooth. The fans can get a bit lots but expected from a gaming laptop with all the goodies minus web cam

This is a good laptop overall, good performance, good cooling design, reasonable and is compact, reasonably weighted, has decent up but lacks Ethernet, and overall enjoyable to use. One thing to note though is that it attracts dust and fingerprints and can be loud when in manual mode and overclocked.

I was not able to find any supplier with a price close to what Best Buy sold this item for. The item arrived intact and in as promised new condition. Overall good experience and very good marketing approach from best buy on such new model laptop. Keeps competition in the market alive which is very well needed.

Buying the computers was easy and was a great experience. I wish you would start selling Xbox series X in stores as that has been the biggest disappointment with your store. Regular people still can’t buy them and makes me question whether to continue using your store for my electronic needs.

Loving the laptop! Needed a laptop specifically for video editing and so far I’m impressed how much quicker it is than my previous 2017 Dell. Only negative is that this version DOESN’T include the LED meme lights on the cover of the laptop… Not necessarily important but I was looking forward to it.

I always had a bad laptop leading up to this, so for me this was an amazing change. It starts up instantly and can handle nearly anything you throw at it.

The laptop did what we wanted it for. I will buy again.

Great product. It was under a discount but even in the normal price is something brutal. Takes advantage of every cent. The only problem that I found in this computer (the reason of the 4 stars) is the bad illumination method that is implemented in the keyboard, I end turning off the light option.

This was probably the best laptop I haver owned... until BSOD. After a few months windows did an update and could no longer get it to stay on. I put it to the side. windows 11 came out, made a boot drive and tried it on this laptop and BOOM! It is breathing again!

My First laptop and I really want to love it. I have had several black screen issues surfing the web and had to manually shut off and I've even had to do a factory reset. Since then I haven't had any issues but if it happens again I will be returning it.. other then that playing games and multi tasking is awesome.

This laptop is RIDICULOUS for it’s size. POWER IS UNREAL! Super fast and super stylish! Nice small form too, if you want a PORTABLE gaming laptop, this is IT. ONLY con, and it’s not a “con” really, is the 1TB SSD is not the fastest, so I will look for a really nice SSD to replace that, but DANG this thing is SOLID!!!
