This gaming laptop seems to work very well. Games load and play no problems. Unfortunately very short battery life only about 2 hours when unplugged

This is a competitor to the razer blade 13.3 inch laptop almost having similar specs. The only issue with this laptop it has no webcam, so if you need that probably won't work for you.

It's pretty good for its price, great specs for beginners and has the new ryzen series chips which are amazing. No camera which could be a deal breaker, but u can always use ur phone

thought I was buying this machine's big brother so I was quite disappointed when I got home and started reading about the specs being about half what my other computer was. It would have tipped me off had it cost less than my other computer, but for the same price I got half the machine in solid state hard drive, memory, and chip. Machine itself is running fine and does not tend to overheat quite as much as my other portable. It is doing the job it was purchased for without any trouble but I'm still cross about paying the same price for a lesser machine. My own fault for buying something in a hurry for my son before he left on vacation.

Everything they advertised, they executed. If you’re looking for a multi tasking notebook, this is perfect. If you’re looking for a gaming laptop, this is your girl.

Lets start off by saying this laptop is beautiful, and its form factor was a huge reason why i purchased it. The sound quality on the speakers as well are above average for a laptop. The CPU performance is incredible on this and it kills cpu intensive tasks in comparison to Intel CPUs. The thermals on this unit are fantastic as well. My only gripes with this is that I wish it had a better GPU, and I understand that there are other variations with a 2060 max q, but honestly this cpu would pair perfectly with a rtx 2070. other than that this laptop is great for anything and maybe a little gaming too.

Cutting straight to the chase: this is a 5 star purchase at current price. At the launch price it would have been a 4 star purchase. It would have been a 4.5 star purchase at the point when the price got knocked down for the first time. Why is this important? It is important because a product's rating is always directly proportional to the value it brings to the table. Right now this is a great purchase. I will not get technical in this review. Instead, I will focus on the general user experience. Important points: 1. Looks great. Has small footprint. It's light. The design is fantastic. 2. Usability is fulfilling in the sense that you can play on it, and you can pack it into your case and go to work. Long gone are those days when a gaming laptop would be a heavy brick that you had to sadly carry everyday. This is no longer the case specially with this product. 3. Screen resolution is optimum. Colors are true. High speed sequences are crisp. 4. Sound is nice. Not great but nice. 5. 512 SSD may be adequate for the average need. SSD performance is solid. 6. 8GB is fine. I tried all sorts of games with this and my 16GB Omen side by side and this did not lose a beat. I love my Omen, I must add. 7.Keyboard feel and design is superb. 8. Battery life is AWESOME. Beats the Omen easily. 10 hours plus. 9. I tried video and photo editing. Worked like a charm. True allrounder of a laptop. 10. No webcam. It does not bother me as I have other laptops with webcams. If you spend extra and go for the more expensive cousin of this model, you will of course not be disappointed. Honestly though this is a better value. Unless you need the extra speed (chances are you may not) and storage, go for this model at this price. It will present great value and performance.

It's a really good laptop for school or just life. I would highly recommend it to anyone going into stem or into gaming

This computer was recommended to me by a friend. I love it. I does everything I want it to do, which is mostly run games smoothly.

I purchased this as an open box item seeing that it was a great deal at the time. The speed and power of the laptop was great. Handled task and gaming pretty well. Unfortunately a couple of days ago I haven't been able to power on the laptop. Since it was an open box, the manufacture warranty has expired.

It's great. A bit heavier than I expected. There's another model that has leds on the back, which isn't this one. It performs well.

I bought this computer Open Box - Satisfactory. I do not recommend buying Open Box - Satisfactory products unless you are able to inspect and interact with the product. I had to return this product due to the battery malfunctioning and it not being able to be off the charger after 2 weeks of use. If it was a better quality Open Box purchase, i loved this laptop. I was able to add 8 GB of RAM, it had a fingerprint scanner, lightweight, AND it had the AMD Ryzen 7 4000 series.

The 4th Gen Ryzen 7 in this laptop is off the rails! It blows away the other guys, and is nearly as fast as the Ryzen 9. I can't wait for AMD to add Thunderbolt support. I especially appreciate the "silent" mode setting... which keeps the fans very quiet for everyday use... with very little drop in performance (about 15%). If you haven't yet heard the speakers in this G14, they are not very loud... but sound amazing. Best laptop sound I have ever heard. Overall 5 Stars!!!
