So far so good, the computer work great. I choose this laptop over M1 macbook pro 16" 2022.

Got this for the wife, she mainly plays second life but fell in love with Lost Ark recently. Now she has a pc that can handle whatever else she decides to play and most importantly, I get my pc back lol.

Pc is great just bought last week from bestbuy, however i did have some issues. 1) pc overheated and fans turned off even when it was on turbo mode, pc started to lag and i had to force turn off by pressing the power button since it was so laggy i couldnt even shut down in settings. 2)Turned on one day and the screen did not show up, i thought it was a glitch so i waited 10mins, still black screen but keyboard was lit. had to turn off on power button and turn back on. 3) the button to open up the armoury crate did not work after turning on multiple times until the 3rd time it started to work. speed and everything is great when it wants to work, but sadly i will be returning this laptop before it breaks down and picking something else up. i would not recommend this to a friend

Good laptop, I only complain that the battery is not enough

If it worked properly, it would be great. But it doesn't. The keyboard has been flakey since purchase - some days, several of the keys (including 'e', 'g', and 'h') just dont work at all. If I uninstall the keyboard drivers it sometimes fixes it temporarily, but often doesn't. I've had to use it with an external keyboard which is ok at home but terrible when I'm on the road. The keyboard is also pretty terrible in other ways - you have to press the keys dead center and, if you miss (like pressing the key in the corner of the key) it will not register a keystroke. This is very frustrating. Aside from the keyboard, the laptop is actually amazing. Great screen and performance, solid build and feel. Too bad the keyboard is, well, a major part of the whole experience.

Overall a good gaming laptop with high-end specs easily runs most games at high settings 120 fps+. Very slim and lightweight, has a low profile, if yo turn off the keyboard lights no one can tell if its a gaming laptop, works for both office and gaming.

This laptop has some strong features, nice screen and decent color accuracy. The problem is on the go, battery life goes quick and I mean quick.i was getting 2 hours in Lightroom while with the g15 I was getting better color accuracy longer battery life.

This laptop is great and is exactly what I needed. After the laptop goes to sleep the WIFI doesn't reconnect, as fast as I'd like but the performance of this laptop is great better than my more often used PC that I recently upgraded.

Fantastic laptop from a performance & screen perspective. The key travel is nice as well. The screen is the star of the show here. It is a beautiful display & you will enjoy it in every capacity.

New laptop arrived on-time, in good condition, and without any out of the box issues. I'm happy with its performance so far (its light-years faster than my old computer, a 2017 Q-series Asus). I've been pretty cautious so far in terms of testing its limits, but it runs all of my games at medium to high graphics without getting too hot (70oF). To be honest, I expected this package to do better since I don't consider anything I play to be too crazy (HOI 4 is probably my most graphically intense game). If I was to purchase again, I'd probably get the computer with the upgraded graphics unit (RTX 3070). As has been mentioned in other reviews, the plastic top does smudge rather easily, but still a really good-looking laptop overall.

On paper this is an incredible laptop. Unfortunately when it comes to everyday usability it becomes pretty obvious that Asus is pretty clueless about a lot of things. For example you can't have the FN key permanently enabled like on any other laptop. Here you have to hold the FN key along with the designated F key whenever you want to put it on mute or to change the screen brightness. There's no way around it. Trust me, I've looked. The funny thing is that all other Asus non-gaming laptops have this option! How does this make any sense? Such a glaring oversight that makes this laptop a pain to use. To add insult to the injury this laptop offers you the option to disable the Windows key as if that was a more popular request. Also, the otherwise beautiful screen has some of the worst light bleed I've seen in my life. From what I've heard it's pretty common. The bleed is from the panel getting pinched by those tiny bezels. Some bugs too. If you switch the fans into the silent mode the audio starts to crackle. There's a home-brewed fix for it if you're comfortable with editing your registry, otherwise good luck waiting for Asus to issue the official fix. There are a ton of positives about this laptop too, but for nearly $2k it's not polished enough. I think Asus needs to take a break from growing their market share and focus on quality control as well as user experience. They're beginning to get a bad reputation.

The original laptop that I received had a faulty screen. While gaming, the screen would disconnect and sometimes wouldn't turn on for 10 minutes even after restarting the laptop. Thankfully, BestBuy was fantastic about returns and replacement. Just a 20 minute phone call with support and I had a new laptop on its way. The new laptop is running great and considerably quieter and cooler than the previous. Therefore, I assume that the problem on the original laptop was the panel overheating and shutting itself off. Since the new one is working fine, this can't be from the thermal design where the hot air is vented onto the screen, which was a concern at first. Seems to be more of a quality control problem than design. Overall, I'm impressed with the second laptop I received and BestBuy did an outstanding job with customer support.

It is a good laptop, I got if for my father who’s a professional dj and it runs well so far. I have an msi gs66 with a 10th Gen i7 and RTX 2070mq and while this does have better specs I prefer the msi keyboard as it feels more efficient, but for this price I would have waited to get him the model with the amd r9 and rtx 3070 as it is a much better deal with a better processor

I ordered this product as a replacement for my existing asus rog but before it came my original was repaired. Im sure this product is as great as my 2 year old product. I do recommend purchasing any warranty you can on any product as it would have probably cost me less to fix my original one...ty

Great laptop overall. No problems running any games I play or completing any work I have. Minus 1 star because one issue I have with this laptop is that the screen will go black randomly and I have to turn it off completely for it to work again. Not a huge issue because it doesn't occur often but definitely annoying when it does happen.

Bought this one instead of an Acer at a slightly higher cost. Sure glad I did as this machine is rock solid, lightning fast, and whisper quiet. The variable keyboard backlights are pretty cool also.

Son really likes his new laptop and great graphics.
