    Pretty laptop but not worth the price

    My USB type C ports stop working after windows update and i don’t know ti fix it. Ive done all manner of trouble shooting but its still not working. Plus the labtop gets way too warm and playing games its flaming hot even with a cooling pad. Im going to return this one it makes no sense at this point.

    First: i did not buy this for gaming. I needed a good laptop to replace a desktop used for 3d printing, CAD, and business use (paperwork mostly). Its more than capable of doing all that. Setup is simple enough, though the Asus software is clunky and required a lot of online searching to get done. Clean enough install, not a lot of bloatware to remove, which is nice. Seems to be a good laptop for a fair price.

    Overheating nightmare.

    Melts from heat after gaming for less than 3 hours. Run any modern game on this and you're going to overheat. Laptop crashes OFTEN from getting too hot. Terrible screen discoloration. I bought the 3070 version and it couldn't handle Halo Infinite on low settings for more than 2 hours and it shut off mid rank game. I can't imagine paying $2,000 for this computer and keeping it after seeing the trash quality. Anyone who didn't return this laptop plays RuneScape or flash games. Any gamer will throw this through a window.

    Too hot. Cant game

    Unfortunately this is one of the worst computer experiences Ive ever had. I cant game on this computer I can barely use the internet without it overheating, Ive sent it to be fixed and the fans reseated but it still works poorly and overheats constantly. The speakers being on the bottom is also bad, the sound quality is awful

    Great, but test the screen.

    Really good and smooth laptop. I got my friend to buy it for me all the way to Egypt and now the screen is flickering black and now I need to figure out my way to send it back to the US and that will cost me a lot of money.

    ASUS is a LEMON!

    Bought from BestBuy. After less than 2 months second monitor would not recognize Nvidia card but could see a second monitor. No help from NVidia, Best Buy. Computer is at ASUS and because there is a cosmetic scratch on the screen, they want to charge me $400 to fix it.

    Run dont walk away from this laptop

    Buyer beware. Keyboard malfunction 2 days after 1 year warranty expired. Still paying on a laptop I have to usa an external keyboard for. Do yourself a favor and pay more for better laptop. Wish I did.

      All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage. We recommend sending the laptop in for service to replace the keyboard.
