However, the message on the first thing you see when you open the box says check a website for updated info on installation, but the website is pure advertising. The included installation instructions refer to outdated Microsoft Windows versions. Two of the four retractable antennas did not seem to open in the same direction. Maybe I just got a poorly packaged product. Best Buy refunded without any issues. So my 3 rating is 5 for Best Buy and 2 for the product.

This router will only slow down what the incoming speed that is coming into your place. Yes, I know this router can handle faster but only to what you're allowed on the network and with a device that is ax compatible but that wasn't the case, I couldn't get more 50mbps where the att wifi gateway was pushing out more than that. Had to return this even at a great price. I couldn't even future proof myself so returned it. If you're like thinking you'll get at least 1 Gbps, think again at least I'd you're on At&t Fiber.
