The reason I got this router is because of the rich feature set that ASUS routers offers. However, I've now had to factory reset and reconfigure the router twice because saving any small configuration adjustment has a chance to cause the web access port to close and there is apparently no way to re-enable it. I contacted ASUS support multiple times and their support was absolute GARBAGE. Explained to them multiple times that I was locked out of the web portal and the instructions they continued to send were for the web portal.
