This router performs really well. The asus app has a lot of features and you can customize the app theme. The fact that you get a lot of paid features from competitors for free is great. Great for the advanced user like my self.

I have installed two of these in two different homes withoit any issues. There's no excuse not to have the e latest in networking technology! All new hardware is using Wi-Fi 6 (AX) series to connect to the internet! The range is extended and throughput is amazingly increased! Its almost like being wired in!

I got this to replace a lower capacity ASUS router, and it did not disappoint. Very fast and intuitive app to control it. If you're familiar with managing your ASUS router from your phone, you'll like this router.

This router has been a lot better than the router provided by Spectrum AND we will be able to take it with us when we move. Love it.

This AX Router does the job. I try distance up to 40 meters and there is no disconnect. Connectivity is stable in my 2000sq ft house and set up was easy. It was pretty straight forward to set up and automatic firmware was a breeze. Warning that some of the built-in software require them to monitor your traffic and send data to them.

I've been using Netgear routers for so many years and it's time for me to explore a different router which is Asus. This Asus router has a non-subscription security feature called the lifetime free AirProtection Pro which is a paid equivalent feature for Netgear. Setting up this router is very easy (I used the web). I noticed that after the set-up, this router has a popular issue (slated in the internet) regarding ISP's DHCP not functioning properly. So, I was searching for answers. I tried power cycle so many times and it didn't work. I went out for lunch and later decided to prepare for packing it back to the box for return, but I tried one last time to power it up. And then all of a sudden, it worked...I got internet connection. It's just weird.

After owning it for about 2 years, I’ve never had an issue with it until a few months ago. Had to reset it for it randomly deciding to not work. Works perfectly fine after reset. But it’s only been a few times. Other than that it’s been a solid router!

I've owned this router for about a month and can't get any happier. Its range is pretty good for both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz, and the speed consistency is really good. This router is a very well-designed product. I also liked the ASUS software that is very user-friendly. But most importantly, get ready for WiFi-6 system with this router. You won't regret.

Excellent performance and offers everything I need! Soon Ill have access to Fiber internet and im sure this router can handle the high speeds!

So far so good! WiFi is stable and it takes full advantage of our 500mbps speeds. Installation and setup were quite easy (I used the ASUS router app). Would recommend

Great product. Using this as an AImesh client node, connected to a Asus RT-AX92U via backhaul (wired) wan cable. Setting up the AImesh was confusing, be sure to disconnect the backhaul wan cable right before adding the node.

It was about time to replace my router after five years and I noticed my 1 GB speed was only giving me below 100 MBS and when I made the change I started hitting speeds between 500-600 MBS. One of the best decisions Ive ever made

This is a great router. Easy to setup. I have it in the attic and it transmits a good strong signal. I am a little surprised since I have had some issues with ASUS gear lately.

I bought this router after having previously bought an Asus router that I was very impressed by and still use. I bought it for two specific features, the Asus AiMesh range extension and VPN features. Our internet comes into the basement of a big house and the signal struggles to reach some rooms on the 2nd floor. The AiMesh completely fixes this and couldn’t have been easier to setup. The other feature I needed was VPN connectivity for the whole network. This is a pretty niche feature that most people don’t need, but something I need to have while traveling abroad. The router also supports creating a VPN server for connection into your home network while not at home. Not something I thought I’d need, but actually very helpful.

Definitely easy to set up. Great app. I have this in a bedroom, love that you can go through the app and shut off the LED indicators so they aren’t flickering through the night.

Very cool!!! It works & no dead spots in 4 Bedroom House!!! We also get it by the yard too! You will not regret this purchase. We had the other (night...) & we didn't want to pay the monthly/yearly fees. No fees, works great! It does get hot, but not as hot as the (night...) Simple enough for anyone over 15+ to install!

I should have bought this sooner! My 1 Gbps service would never get anywhere near what it was suppose to do using my old Asus AC1900, now first test out it maxes right out. Can I tell a difference myself? no but the kids gaming online can tell the difference.
