    I purchased this router after an even better ASUS router stopped working after @ 3.5 years. Unfortunately this router also stopped working correctly after only two weeks. Fortunately I had purchased Best Buy Replacement coverage and was given an identical unit at no additional cost. At this time it is continuing to operate as expected.

    I needed a router upgrade for a while and was so glad I waited for the new Asus AX series. I got the Asus RT-AX300 because the price of $170 was a good compromise for me. It had so much in new advanced features. The Dual Band 5G range is much improved compared to the old AC routers. It even has auto DFS channel select to avoid conflicts with my neighbors.
