Easy transition from the previous router and improved performance with a stronger WiFi signal throughout the (large) house. Lots of configuration/security options; and ready for AX performance when compatible devices become more common.

Works really well but... even after messing with my settings I'm having issue with getting the best speed out of my internet connection. the QOS has 3 options but it seems the best option leaves you to give a little bit of access to a 3rd party program. Over all it does everything I need it too.

Based on the description I was given, this item best suited me needs. The router works along with a modem, purchased from the cable provider. Because I've added this secondary router, I am not able to us the app from the cable provider. I hope there will be an update soon for customers like me.

So far a great unit, did have to go the ASUS to get this set up because it would not connect with our Internet. Got it up and running. This unit has a Firewall that would not allow us to connect with our Solar Company. Found that and shut it off. Works Great.

I was able to use my backed up config from my old Asus to speed up the configuration and then tweaked it from there. The Trendmicro AV seems to be doing it's job without slowing anything down. Wifi range is much better than the old one.

Great router, trouble connecting Epson printer

Achieving wireless speeds of about 400mbs with 1 Gig internet. However, the router appears to be blocking something and can not connect the EPson scan to computer function with the computer. Working with both Epson and Asus. Will update review when resolved.
