Router was easy to set up and utilize the security features based on user. Had fairly good coverage in the home but the addition of wi-fi extenders definitely helped. Unfortunately, the unit stopped connecting to wi-fi mid session after just under a year of use. No issues with the modem. Confirmed with internet provider that it is not a modem issue. Switched out the ethernet cable - no difference. Contacted ASUS, returned it to be fixed as it is covered under 3-year warranty. ASUS said they could find nothing wrong with the unit, returned it to me, and it still does not connect to wi-fi. FWIW....plugged in older, but still functional router, and that works....so obviously not an issue with the modem or cable).

It’s primary use was to extend my mesh network. So I bought ot to mesh with my ASUS router and compatibility for its AI Mesh. So far so good.

This router does a good job of providing high speed wireless.

Put this in the center of a friend's house to upgrade their WiFi coverage. At the price point I feel like it should provide a little better coverage than it does, but it was a big upgrade over the router they had, it provides a steady signal and allows them to stream in 4k HD with clarity and no interruptions.

This is the best router I have ever owned. The software to monitor my network is excellent. The ASUS mobile app is wonderful and should be used.

I've been using Asus for years. This unit seems small but packed a punch, great wifi coverage excellent interface / app. I have 61 devices connected at this time and have no problem.

I got this router to replace a netgear router. I was having problems with wifi connectivity. Since getting the asus ax3000, my wifi performance has been much better.

Purchased this Asus Router as a recommendation from a family friend. Had no issues installing and downloading the app to control the settings. Much more stable and stronger internet connection compared to the ISP router that was replaced.

Got this for NDI and osc, works great, use it for life events

This extender made a world of difference in our home. Our computer guy told me to get this, he apparently uses it all the time . I finally have internet. Has not been working very good for years and this changed everything

It has improved the service in my home but I still get some intermittent freezing. It was easy to set up and I would recommend purchasing one.

Works as advertised. I'd add more but there's really no need as ASUS always delivers a quality product.

Worked great for a while, then would disconnect intermittently. Took a while before I accidently found the app for my phone that allowed me to update the software. If I hadn't bumped into it accidently, my rating would have been a 1. Please update the computer version of the software, or at least put a note somewhere pointing people to the phone app that fixes this issue.

Upgraded from my spectrum router that was brand new. Much better coverage over the house. Security cameras respond much faster. Money well spent. Highly recommend.

Great product very happy. Way better than one front internet company

It worked fine after we had Xfinity come out to help us. Our internet system was too old and had to be updated in our house. After that everything went operational for us

Get this not netgear, this has open vpn options as well. I bough to replace multiple bricked Netgear night hawks and have been very satisfied. Maybe not quite as user friendly at first as Netgear but way more robust.

I would spend little bit more money to get a better router because this router slows down and the app functions are not good as well you can’t really boot people out of the WiFi and the range is low so if you have big house I would not recommend this.

Excellent product. Has really changed the internet speeds in my home.
