    Crazy fast and easy to set up. Might be overkill if you don’t have any wi-fi 6 enabled devices. It also pairs easily with other ASUS labeled routers.

    Tech installed in a snap. Very quick and easy. Now get download speeds above 95 Mbps. No buffering at all on my streaming videos.

    I bought this to replace an aging RT-AC87U router and I was disappointed by the download speeds. When very near the router I could achieve great speed, but it quickly degraded as I moved away from the router. I ended up exchanging it for an RT-AC3100 and the speed is consistently 2X faster. It could be because the RT-AC3100 is a 4x4 AC router but the AX3000 is only 2x2. I decided it wasn't worth the speed loss to have WiFi 6. I still gave it 3-stars because it is a very capable router with a LOT of power-user features. It did perform well, just not up to my expectations for the price point.

    It's been a good router so far, but not as reliable as our other ASUS router. We use two ASUS routers for an AI Mesh system in our home, and this one drops off the system occasionally requiring a reboot.

    Not as easy as I thought, once hooked works fine. so far have not had to reset. Having problem getting printer to get on wi-fi, not sure what the problem is.

    Took only 10 mins or less. Installed for my son's new house. Only 1500 square feet house but great down load speeds through out house. Both upstairs and basement area.
