It was expensive but I don’t have complaints. Still get a issue once in a blue moon but that’s definitely associated with how many devices we have connected.

I sought help from my ISP and from Best Buy, with no resolution from either. ASUS Customer Service never answered the phone. I finally switched out a cable (as in, used an older one instead of the cable provided with the router) and got the router to install and connect. HOWEVER, this morning, the network was not found by any of my devices, and I had to power down-power up the router to restore the network. There is no reason for this level of glitchiness.

We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing connection problems. To resolve the unstable connection, please verify if the router’s settings matches with your ISP’s modem credentials, verify if the PC or device connecting to the router is working properly and within range to the router. Additionally, check if the router is within 30 feet to the ISP's modem, if not wired with a network cable, and ISP's internet service or connection is working properly or stable. When connection drops, please check the LED light on your ISP's modem to determine the culprit. Furthermore, we recommend updating the Mesh router firmware if it is running with an older version. The on-site Geek tech guy cleaned up my modem router that I thought had failed, so I returned this product. All in all it was good work for Geek and Best Buy, just took more time than needed.
