The ASUS portal to customize all the settings are great! The unit never gets hots, is fairly small, and looks great. One of my favorite things of the design is having the antennas built into the unit instead of being screwed on like most others. If you're a gamer or a heavy internet user, this router will not let you down and won't throttle your speeds.

Before I got it, my internet would constantly drop and I wouldn’t reach the speeds I should but this router has been great. I get up to about 500mbs and have had to loss of connection. For reference we are a gaming household and so far haven’t experienced lag when playing.

I called customer care for help, provided the serial number, and confirmed the warranty. When I requested assistance, the representative said they needed to restart the system first before proceeding. After waiting on hold for a while, the call got disconnected with no follow-up. Instead of dealing with these overpriced routers, I’m considering switching to my internet provider’s router for peace of mind.
