These are the kind of service which you normally need to pay for on the enterprise grade firmwall.

If your IoT devices never stayed connected, please verify the devices connecting to the router are working properly and within range to the router, the router is within 30 feet to the ISP's modem, if not wired by a network cable, and ISP's internet service or connection is working properly or stable.
