Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive got two of these working in mesh set up. Connectivity is good. I have few issues with this router. Software is janky and slow, changing a setting and can take 10 seconds to a minute. If you plan to set up and customize your network, like: static IPs, VPN, Port Forwarding rules, Parental Rules, etc. This unit only has 3 cpu cores and 512mb of ram. I had to deploy a gateway because the latency this router causing was unbearable. The more you set up, the bigger the performance hit you will have. Because of the nature of my network, i ended up having to set these up and use them as APs. Actually the two i have were meshed, i ended up having to set the main one up as AP and the mesh network stayed entact. So that was nice. They are good for conectivity as long as the routing is off loaded to another gateway or router.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my previous router Linksys AC2200 MR8300 died after just 9months and it sucked from the beginning, only 5-7mbps out of the box, had to adjust a bunch of settings to get it to 12-15mbps even on the ethernet cable to my PC. you couldn't even setup via web browser on the PC, had to download the mobile app.... paid $200 for this router and couldn't be happier. its pretty much plug and play, just had to input username, ssid, and password. simple fast and easy. right out of the box was getting 230mbps on the PC, and 210mbps on the mobile phones and tablets. well worth the money, this is a case of you get what you paid for. and the led lights can be changed to different modes and different color schemes in the web browser router settings. very cool.

I have not been getting my moneys worth from my internet provider. It went from 80mbps download to 375 mbps. This was definitely worth it
