Thank God our neighbor is a computer genius and hooked it up. We even paid $200 plus for no support. Very, very disappointed - first time ever the Geek Squad let us down.

The app is awesome!!!! I was looking for something other than the netgear i had done some research and mad the right choice!!! Awesome product i didnt even have to go in the store purchased online and was ready in like 5 minutes. Awesome experience!!!

I switched from another brand that was provided by my ISP. There was an issue with that one that reduced my download speed to 100. They needed to replace it. Instead of paying the monthly fee on it, I purchased this one. This thing is a beast. I have no issues with it and I get my full speed now.

Fast and Furious

I was surprised to see a difference in performance with this router. Its way faster and though the previous router really had very few drops....this router has not dropped once, that I can recall. And of course downloads are way faster.

Finally, we have found a super router that has not let us down. The kids can game, work on school work, and play their videos without any buffering. I love the design and performance of the router. If you need help, their customer service will be at your side on the phone to help.
