Guided to this router Best Buy online. Supposed to cover 5000 feet. I bought this to be able to operate a new garage door opener. By cellular phone. Opener app shows weak wi fi signal in garage which limits range of door opener

We’ve been using the router for a week now and have not experience any issues so far. The light changing feature is quite nice.

This wireless router was a pleasant surprise as I used it in a small law firm office to replace an old wireless router which was weak with many dead spots. Used two in a mesh setup, they work perfectly together with no more dead spots !

This is an excellent router. Replace a linksys mesh system that was required for an old house. This one router replaced the whole mesh system and it was a lot less expensive. Thank you Best Buy.

Based on the other reviews here, I really was expecting to be blown away by this router. People here made it seem like the signal would go through 24 inch thick lead walls. Well, I have the router in a room, and directly beneath it, about 12 feet away is my Xbox One. The only thing between the two is a standard sheetrock ceiling / floor. My signal at that spot is Fair to Good. So... yeah. Also, the signal is not very strong just 23 feet from the router simply because I walk down 5 stairs and close my inside door which is just a hollow door. So, not sure if I am doing something wrong here. AX is on, I point the antennae every which way, no difference.

Best router I have purchased yet. The management software is amazing and the connection is reliable and has a high data yield. I also love the gaming optimization porr for those that want a dirext ethernet connection.

Straight up honest opinion here. Its amazing. I have 1 gig internet and only thing thats gonna get atleast 900 would be a pc just wanted to clarify that. I would see speeds of 200 on my linksys mesh router in my room on my phone and it was 3 wifi 5. Few days later i got this bad boy and was like its budget is great so i tryed it out had a lil run in with no wifi going through but all i had to do was reset modem and done deal its working. So i went to my room which is 2 walls between router and me and when i tell you my speeds jumped, it jumped! It went to 680-700 mbs. Idk if its cause of the wifi 6 but its faster for sure. I tested it on my iphone x and those speeds are amazing. Id recommend this if you dont want to pass a 260 mark on price. Even at peak usage i still got what i want. Very happy with this product

Excellent router, this replaced my netgear r7000. This router has awesome range far better than my netgear had. Handles over 20 connected devices, no lag spikes on the ps5 series x or streaming content.

So I wanted to upgrade my router to take full advantage of my 300+ mbps internet plan and I decided to go with this one. Speeds are well over 300 mbps and its easy to manage. *Please plug in your router and modem into a separate power outlet than the rest of your appliances (TV, soundbar ...) for better speeds. I noticed that my speeds suddenly dropped and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting ready to have a tech come over take a look but before then I decided to separate the modem and router to a different outlet and sure enough speeds spiked. I had these plugged into a multiple outlet bar along with my soundbar and TV. Modem and Router weren't getting enough power plugged in with everything else.

Great Router- can’t tell a difference in Distance might be better if my house wasn’t brick. Everything else works good, good UI and led makes it look cool.

Where do I start? Great product that provides amazing fast internet across my whole house, without the need for boosters or extenders. The RGB lighting is an added bonus. Plus easy setup with the app makes this an easy recommendation.

Very happy with this router overall, and even happier that I can use my old router with ASUS's AiMesh to extend my wifi into my garage using the same network credentials. It all works seamlessly, and the speeds are great.

I bought this to replace a Netgear Nighthawk AX8 that was buggy. It was very easy to setup and I get descent coverage (not as much as the netgear). But it easily covers my 1,700 sq. ft. house. It just works.

We got this unit for a metal shop just under 3,000 feet, and mostly use it for cameras. It’s doing its job by keeping the bandwidth up even through metal.

This is an amazing little router. I have always been an ASUS fan and my last router was awesome and this one is even better. Super easy setup and so customizable..it makes it seem like my connection is faster than it is.

Amazing router! Does everything I need it to, and ASUS offers an amazing UI and abundant features in the myASUS app to manage the router. Never had a problem until a power surge, but I’m always going with ASUS for networking.

Love this router, this is the 3rd one I have bought to replace the router in my business and home and provide wi-fi to my church's fellowship hall.

Purchased at the Bay Shore Store, it replaces an earlier ASUS Router purchased at another Best Buy location. While this new router was an improvement, the first one was exceptional in performance for over 4 years.

it was fast, with low latency and covered my entire house but earlier this month it gave out with no warning or reason.
