Their support team wasn’t able to correct the issue and had to submit a higher level ticket. That left me without WiFi for an expected 4 to 6 days. I’ve disconnected it and gone with a different brand. I’d return this item if I could. Total waste of money and time

Without or without custom firmware, lots of controls to dial it in. Great for gaming, surfing and high demand households.

Found this router after reading some of the reviews. Got home and immediately installed it. No problems or hassles. Wow, what was I thinking trying to switch. This router was $100 dollars less expensive than the last one I bought and easy to set up. No issues up to this point and it has a very nice look. All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Great Unit, But Cheaper Options

I will say the router performed great in the house giving me optimal WiFi speeds all throughout the 2nd floor of my house acting as a second router upstairs. The reasoning behind my rating is because the price. I bought a Tenda AC23 router as well, that one performed better than this one but being 1/3 of the cost of it. It gave me better coverage and better WiFi speeds when hard wired to it. If you're looking for a good router that has better performance than this one look into the Tenda AC23.
