I've only had this router for a couple of weeks, but so far its been working great for my 3000 sq ft home. I've had no drops like I was having with my Netgear 1900, so happy the netgear crashed and my only option was to get this ASUS AX5400 with same day pickup to get us back up and running with very fast and easy setup

I was hoping to get the Asus rt-ax86u but I couldn't find it anywhere so I cave for the next best thing and I'm glad I did. This router is a beast, I love how I can see every thing on my app and put what I want as more important. I do have another router connected in a different room for aimesh just to amplify the 5ghz.

I love the app interface and the cool lights. The internet is fast, though I'm having issues with my service provider (which is why I bought a new router..thinking maybe this would fix the problem that turns out to be on their end.)

Great router, had no issues with it. Really easy to use. Although, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money.

I love my new router! Not only does it look mean and cool AF. But it performs! I have both kids and the Roku's hooked up to it but nothing has slowed us down quite yet. I really like how color modes can be changed in the App. Also you can shut off the LED's with the button on top of the router. No Complaints!

Router works well. Does not seem to have the range of my Asus ax3000 but still covers my whole house.

Only 4 ports is the downside to this lil beast. Wireless is okay but nothing beats a hardline

I am not tech savvy, like at all, and I set this up with no problems. Just follow the simple instructions and you are set. This was a replacement for an 11 year old router and it is great. My internet is now reliable and I have had no issues for over a month since installing this. I strongly recommend it.

Amazing range, goes all the way from one side of the house into my garage through all the obnoxious walls and metal without a speed loss or dropped signal, plus AI mesh will let me keep using it as a satellite when I upgrade eventually

Sinew of my electronics are not getting the wifi signals and there are times that signal is slow

What can i say about this. I had bought the nighthawk 500 a couple of years ago and had nothing but problems with connection. As soon as i hooked this up not 1 problem and has even more features...the programable lights are pretty sweet too

This is the first router I've ever bought and it doubled my Wi-Fi download speed. The ASUS router App works seamlessly with the router and the LED color control and animation is pretty rad. Had a little trouble getting my Alexa Show 8 to connect, but eventually figured it out and we're all good now.

Solid router. Guarantee its a significant upgrade from what you currently have, definitely was for me. I have Mediascam internet and think I'm actually getting what I pay for finally! So if you want faster downloads and a reliable wireless or wired connection buy this flying saucer it's awesome!

Wifi 6 router with wifi 6 laptop and smartphone is amazing. Flash internet connection. Backwards compatible with older technology standards and devices. It took some hours to setup the wireless home network. A sizeable upgrade for a better computer experience. From an ASUS router ac/N to AX.

Easy to hook up and our ISP providers were even impressed. We’ve used a competitor product for a few years but decided to try the Asus. No complaints as it works flawlessly. I’ve already recommended this to family members.

Strong signal if you are close by, but not strong enough as a mesh if you need range. This is good if you are relatively close to the router on the same floor. But if you are 2stories, with multiple walls, range starts to drop and cannot compete with mesh systems obviously. Otherwise, this is perfect for gamers, with much better UI than others. Have always good experience with Asus routers.
