It runs bad when it's unplugged from it's charger and drops performance drastically and makes all operations run so slow.

It's unfortunate to hear that it's drops performance while unplugged. This is absolutely not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have. Have you made any power option adjustment? Usually, the PC is set to reduced performance while on battery power. Please attempt these steps:
1. Right-click the Start menu and select Control Panel.
2. Click Hardware and Sound.
3. Select Power Options.
4. Find Processor power management and open the menu for Minimum processor state.
5. Change the setting for on battery to 100%.
6. Click Apply and Restart.

5 months and screen broke

I tried to update the graphic card but to no avail it didn’t work I’m really disappointed on the fact that this laptop cost me $900 and it broke I won’t recommend. I would highly recommend any other brand than this one. If your in the market to look for a upgrade from last generation don’t buy this buy anything else a laptop screen shouldn’t stop working after 5 months of use I’m really disappointed. For now on I’m going to buy from a different brand.

Bought this laptop mainly for work, and it cant even handle that. Software is terrible, doesnt shut off when closed. Over heats, PC software constantly ruins the hardware by overheating when not in use. A complete waste of 800 dollars that I'll never get back. Huge financial cost for a PC that never worked.

Thought I was gonna get very high FPS with a 3050 ti but that wasn’t the case. Ended up returning and bought a desktop cuz I changed my mind. But it wasn’t cause the laptop was bad. It was great for the price!

This computer also has great all-around "armor" protection. I know I can bring this laptop anywhere and not worry about banging it up too much. I just got into Steam gaming and I've been able to download and run games quicker than I have on any other computer I have ever owned. Plus, I love the light-up keyboard!

Setup was a breeze other than the endless Microsoft updates - no reflection on the laptop it’s self. I’ll break some of the things that stood out both good and bad. Video - this was a real strong point of this laptop. I found it to be very good from the video card to the actual display. 17.3 is huge. Battery life - I was consistently able to get 3 - 4 hours which a a pleasant surprise. Heat - it’s stay pretty cool for the most part I was able to tax the system once to get it into full cooling once - it’s pretty loud but for most part stays low noise level Audio- the biggest disappointment while the sound is good it volume is not what I would expect. Memory - the system I have had a 512 hd and 8 ram. Really would like a bit more had a couple of time that ram buffers Size - if you do a lot of mobile this is a large laptop you can travel with it but it is bulky Overall - I would recommend this laptop thing are a few things I would change but overall a solid system.
