    Complete junk. Runs super hot at all times. Cannot play the simplest steam game for more than an hour without depleting the battery. Wish I could return.

    Due to room I got rid of my desktop and thought about getting a laptop. This wasnt a good buy. Its loud when the fans are ok. It was laggy. Ended up returning.

    Poor job by ASUS this time....

    One of the worst I've bought. If it works properly, it's a nice laptop, the issues is, getting it to work properly. It won't complete a critical update, but it keeps trying to and since it fails, it'll revert back. This whole process takes about 30 mins every time it tries and it tries it once every couple of days. The laptop will at time just freeze for 30 seconds and then continue.

    I've had a lot of problems with it so far where it is unresponsive or needs to be rebooted. Also multiple bios updates or not opening software at inconvenient times Battery life lasts a few hours (3-4)

    Came with display issues

    My product was faulty from the beginning as the screen would frequently turn black after sleep mode, plus some other display issues like freezing for no reason. Unfortunately by the time I realized it was a persistent issue it was past the return date. I am hoping it can be repaired, but regardless of the outcome ASUS put a faulty product in the box.

    Supposed to have gone through the Geek Squad inspection before being offered for sale.. wireless card did not recognize.. geek squad said option was to send it in for repairs and not have a computer for two weeks, or return it and lose the great deal on the open box. Son needed it for school starting in a few days.. Shame they couldn’t get something figured out or not even put it up for sale. First time BB has let me down. Of course had to pay more for another computer to replace this one in the timeframe we needed. Really stinks..

    Laptop delayed

    Best Buy promised me 2 day shipping. They took 2 days just to start to ship the laptop, and the shipper keeps saying it is delayed. Best Buy sent me an e-mail promising late delivery today Friday 4/19. Meanwhile, UPS tracking shows the earliest delivery is Monday 4/22 (10 days from purchase, not 2 days). I am waiting to find out when I will actually get the laptop.

    Honestly not sure about the computer because it immediately had a problem. However, we didn't open it to use it until 2 weeks after purchase so we couldn't just return it and it's still in being fixed. That's late too. We were supposed to have it back 3 days ago and they just ordered the parts yesterday.

    Horrible software

    Software issues such as black screen when loading seem to be very common with this model, but I lost my temper when it froze dead when working in photoshop (yet again) and I lost all progress. Drivers work so bad (no matter how many times they're reinstalled) with some programs that it needs power button to restart... It was a mistake to choose AMD

    Terrible laptop would never buy tuf branded again

    This laptop had problems from day one that were barely fixed by ASUS with the bios updates. And the poor quality hinge that broke within months after normal use at a desk

    Constant driver crashes and black screens. ASUS bloatware kept memory usage at 50% at idle. Had to play Fortnite on the lowest settings possible to actually get close to 100fps. On paper the hardware was decent, but when using it for actual gaming it was not good. You get what you pay for when it comes to gaming laptops, I’d go with something with intel/nvidia.

    Only 1 week into using it the computer crashed. All I had open was a video editing program and 3 tabs on chrome. Even playing some older games it would sometimes have issues running. Would expect it to be able to handle more for a computer that's supposed to be high powered.
