Excellent as long as it's on sale as it's not worth the $1100 msrp. With that said, no matter what game I've played on it...Control, Far Cry 6, Star Wars Survior it plays them all at high settings. I have added a 1tb SSD and I do plan on adding 32gb of ram as it those said games do max out the ram. I also like that it's all AMD. Battery life is just average ( about 5-6 hours of non gaming)

so far runs smooth. Decent experience playing GTA. Not that decent playing Second Life. I used to be able to duplicate the game in two windows with my previous laptop. I can't do that with this one.

Not as much lag as you would expect from a gaming laptop! Would definitely recommend this for price conscious people!!

Amazing computer it is definitely a must buy! Beautiful graphics and runs Black Ops 6 and other larger games with ease.

I usually build a desktop every 5ish years using -1 gen components. I have been wanting a laptop to replace my aging platform and this does everything I need. It is mostly plugged in and completely replaces my desktop. It is portable. a plus. I do light to medium gaming and the standard email web browsing. Both RAM slots are filled so if you want to upgrade to 32GB you need 2. Upgrading M.2 SSD and RAM was easy.

Amazing laptop, runs most things good and i can get 200fps on cs2 on high settings only con is that it doesnt come woth alot of ssd

For the great price I paid for the laptop it works fantastic. Will add more Ram to it later.

This gaming machine is a beast!!!! For the price you won’t regret it. It’s an amazing build for the price.

So I'll cut to the chase. This laptop is great and I had very few complaints but they were big enough for actual concern. I ended up taking this laptop back to Best Buy then paying the 800 dollar difference for a much better Acer Predator laptop with an Intel processor and Nvidia card. I was super excited to have an all AMD build but it wakes up only half of the time and barely went back to sleep when closed. For those who don't know, you can do Ray Tracing with an AMD card but you can't run anything with RTX. Did I realize there was a difference even with all of my years of watching Linus freaking Tech Tips or Gamers Nexus...no I did not and I'm sure most don't lol Take my word for it, this is an amazing laptop and if it was for school or someone wanting to get into laptop gaming specifically this is the Holy Grail of gaming laptops! Sometimes the power button would be unresponsive and the screen only goes up to 300 nits TOPS. For those who don't know, that's so dim you might as well lock yourself in a windowless room to see what you're actually doing lol I wanted this to be my favorite purchase I've made in a while but a 500 dollar Xbox Series X runs Microsoft exclusive titles better than this PC could. Idk I'm torn and I was READY to become an AMD die hard!

This computer is amazing. I wanted something that I would be able to play my PC games on and also something that would work well for school and work and I think this computer is the perfect match for that. Bestbuy was also awesome with everything from shipping (it took two days to get here) to the trade-in I used for the computer (they gave me the max amount I was hoping for). I definitely recommend this computer and purchasing the open-box "refurbished" products overall. They're brand new and Bestbuy does a great job ensuring they're all functioning and looking great.

So far so good, this laptop will do everything that I need it to do. Fans are quiet and gaming is smooth and will help with school most definitely. I am happy with it so far. Typing seems comfortable also. A major upgrade from a chromebook.

Laptop feeling heat while using and heavy weights If we have cooling pad then we can reduce the heat while am using heat feel while I use like 90 degrees like that

It is a great gaming laptop. Its strong performance, durable build, and upgrade options make it a great option. It has smooth game play. I would upgrading the ram and storage for optimal performance.

I bought this Laptop about 6 months ago and already within the first few months the touchpad is unresponsive and I have to use an external mouse to use my computer. The laptop crashes sometimes due to the switching of GPU to APU and vice versa. The screws are all loose and a few have fallen out despite me tightening them (I've never opened/loosened them before). Other than all the hardware problems, I do love this Laptop's ability to run games smoothly at high quality for the price I got it at.

We bought for our son for Christmas. He hasn't used it yet but I know that according to my brother-in-law it's going to be a wonderful gift for him. It has everything that a person needs in a gaming PC at a fraction of the typical cost. We got it on Black Friday for almost $500 off. We are looking forward to him opening it and enjoying it.

If you can find it for the right price, you can’t beat the value. It’s on par in most games with the 4070 mobile and it hasn’t gone on sale in a while but when I bought mine around the $700 mark, you can’t beat it.

Tech support set up the new laptop. It is relatively easy to use and fast. Its a little heavier than id like, but it functions as needed

I got this with a great discount 1 year ago and right now is 300 USD over the price I paid. Great laptop, no issues with ANY game or work-related task. Only downside I think is the battery life, but even that I don't think is a breaking point .
