nice Build/screen but software and temp issues

It should run the game on Max with stable 165 fps. goes from 70fps to 150fps. Older legion 5 3060 runs cooler with a stable 160ish fps. -Asus armoury crate software is useless. has 3 modes all that do similar things(nothing). Windows/perfomance/turbo all have same temps and performance with the turbo just making more fan noise. - When the computer enters sleep mode and you wake it back up, it seems to disable the GPU or goes into energy saving mode. Gaming becomes unplayable and web browsing is a stuttering mess. But if you restart the computer it will go back to normal. Ive updated/re-downloaded drivers. uninstalled the armory crate and used Ghelper and still the same. -the backlight for the keyboard seems uneven on some keys. some are partially lit or dimly lit compared to others Pros: - screen is great. colors , size and the metal back - cool design high quality feel - in theory the all AMD build should be great.

The only complaint so far is the battery life isn’t great. Downloading games draws a lot of battery power and the computer dies if you’re downloading multiple games at once. The laptop can operate for maybe 1 1/2hrs to 2hrs most before needing charged. That may be expected from a gaming laptop since there’s multiple functions happening, but I’m still learning.

Main thing is the speakers get a little rough on higher volumes, but its fine for headphones. But otherwise has been a great laptop. Id recommend either a having cooling pad or fan if your gaming anything heavy, because it does like to heat up quickly.
