Arrived missing parts, dirty, and with a prominent dent in the cover. Bestbuy refused to do an exchange for an equivalent item, even though this is blatantly not the condition I ordered according to their own rating system. Not only that, but the device had been owned for FOUR months previously, taking a significant chunk out of the manufacturers warranty --- which took forever to reset under my own name, For my trouble, Bestbuy did offer a giftcard (which allowed me to upgrade some components) and did a quick check / cleaning on the device, which is better than nothing.

I took a star away for the hdmi driver doesnt have an auto-update so that threw us into a panic a couple of times, since the output just stopped working randomly. And also the storage space, or maybe this kid has too many games, but he has been asking for more storage after a few months of owning it.
