I really wanted to like and keep this laptop but unfortunately it did not work out. Love the ports it offers and was really happy about an all-AMD laptop but during my testing I realized this laptop cannot handle rendering graphics in well. When playing MW3 MP it was fine at normal setting and hitting 165 fps but when you play MWZ it struggle and it fps drops were insane. FPS was all over place even dropping down to 28 FPS. Mind you that my setting were not even at high. Just choose a RTX laptop

My mouse stopped working 2 months after purchasing, the ram is ight but pretty low, so a decent amount of games you have to put the graphics on low. After 3 months my laptop began to overheat and black screen, I only game casually and dont really use it too often so this was real dissapointing

Mine has a bad touchpad; decent computer otherwise

It is a shame that my unit has a terrible touchpad problem, because I really liked the value proposition of the laptop otherwise. I was looking for something with low DPC latency for music production that could also play games, and this laptop is one of the best values out there for this, especially when on sale.
Addressing one of the complaints by others, the keyboard does flicker when it goes to sleep, which is a silly behavior that is turned on in Armoury Crate by default. However, my unit also has a bug where it won't wake up from sleep sometimes and I have to hold the power button for ten seconds to hard reset it. The power lights (and keyboard, if the setting is enabled) will strobe rhythmically when this is happening, and so I do think there's something wrong here with Asus's implementation of sleep with this particular model.
The dealbreaker for me, and what sealed the deal in terms of me returning this laptop, is the atrocious touchpad. I may just have a defective one, but the cursor jumps all around even at the lowest levels of sensitivity all of the time, to the point where it is difficult to click or highlight things. Either the touchpad hardware or its driver must be defective because this is very bad performance compared to every other laptop I've ever had (and I've had many).
Lastly, the reason that I will not buy a replacement of the same computer in case the touchpad is a one-off defect: Do some research on the current state of Asus support. They are getting partnerships pulled left and right due to their shady business practices with warranty support. Basically, they routinely reject warranty repairs for preposterous reasons. Asus really needs to sort out this issue before I would have confidence in buying any more of their products.

Bad review: Unable to automatically update and install drivers. APU GPU cannot automatically switch. When playing League of Legends, the computer only has 28fps with the APU turned on. AMD official driver does not work. I can only go to ASUS official website to find the designated official modified driver. The GPU performance is good, but it can't play 3A games, but it's enough for video editing and daily office work.
