    All sorts of issues randomly crashes. First one I brought back because it crashed and rebooted about 50 times within first month. I brought that back thinking it was a lemon and got a new one. Worked fine but now less than a year of owning it and it’s doing similar stuff. Random shutdowns, blue screen errors, etc.. would steer clear of this model.

    I bought this 6 months ago, the upper right corner suddenly started popping open because the full screw structure inside (3 parts) broke off, and the screw couldn't be tightened anymore. I see this is a manufacturing issue that's happened to other people because the hinge areas are so weak and the the structure is thin plastic, and just opening the lid of the laptop for normal use will break it. But that's not the worst part, I went to Best Buy to get it repaired since it's still under warranty and they say it's not their responsibility, that I should contact ASUS. And guess what ASUS said? Yep, to contact Best Buy for under-warranty repairs. I got a quote for a repair service, and IF they get the parts delivered from China, it would cost around $300. Absolutely insane. May I remind you, I've had this for 6 months and paid $700 for it. My previous laptop lasted for 12 years. So. Do not buy this laptop.

    I really didnt like the all AMD setup, felt like too many options in Adrenaline did nothing, the AMD app and overlay would freeze during every game. I did some tweaking but could justify keeping it with the performance of the 7700s being really mid.

    A bit clunky and slower than I was expecting. I havent used it for gaming so I can't attest to how that part is. It does handle making maps and processing data.

    I close the lid and computer goes to sleep. Great. But after about 30 minutes, the fan goes into high gear even though the computer was asleep. Open the lid, black screen. No keypress can wake up the screen, even though fans are running loud. The only option is hard restart. Brand new machine, literally right out of the box, this happened the first and second times I closed the lid. What kind of nonsense is this?
