    I had extremely high hopes for this laptop but it smashed all that hope. The battery life is 3hrs max if you are on battery saving and only watch youtube. The amd adrenaline software has a 50% chance to not boot up when im trying to optimize the quality. Running games at minimal settings but having all laptop settings medium performace on everything and it still rans horribly. Try everything at max performance and it finally play some games at medium graphics 60fps without stuttering too much. Overall a really poor laptop alround

    My first and last laptop gaming laptop. That is. I thought it'd be safe going with an Asus laptop but boy was I wrong. I recommend it stay away

    Keyboard broke

    Like the look and speed but bought it early while on sale for my daughter as a Christmas gift, and sad to say but she used it only once before the keyboard stopped working. It was too late to return to the store. ASUS techs dont know whats wrong so had to mail it in and without the computer for too long. I wanted to like it but now dont trust it. I would not but this one again.

      We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if the keyboard stop working. To resolve this issue, simply do a power cycle by shutting down the laptop completely. Wait for a couple of seconds, disconnect any external devices, do a system power on and enter the BIOS setup page to load optimize default. Furthermore, if you are accessing the web, ensure the laptop has access to a working internet connection since poor or unstable internet service will definitely affect system stability and performance, including the responsiveness of the keyboard. If these steps were performed to no avail, we recommend a Cloud Recovery, as a last resort, to resolve the keyboard problem.     It was fine at first but then it was super slow. And the battery died very fast.

    After normal use (on a desk, not being transported around roughly or anything) the hinge on the screen broke and damaged my entire screen in less than a month. The computer itself is nice but it broke a day outside of the return window and im out the money for it so i cant really recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy computer.

    After only one year of using I got problems turning on the pc. When I manage to get it on it works fine with or without the battery. However I can never know when I will be able to turn it on. Sometimes i just press the button and it turns on, other times i have to wait for hours until it decides to power up. I’ve seen post all over the internet with people having the same issue. Do not buy this pc.

    Will not run call of duty other then that it’s great but all I ply is call of duty and we’ll this won’t do it so it’s a no tell laptops can but they can’t at the moment

    Had an issue with the first computer after about a week. Best Buy exchanged it. Have had the second one less than two months and am having issues with it. Headed back to store and Geek Squad this week.

    Bought open excellent but sure is not a best buy

    Openeed the box and what do i see ? 2 screws were not put in. It wasn't even in the screws. I bought an excellent open box but i see a quite visible mark on the back of thr device. At one point it looked quite beat up but 90% of ut were probably fingerprint or dust. Anyways bestbuy geek squad cant be that good if they cant screw the screws together. I did sorta got screwed over. But initial impression of the laptop itself was that it was quiet starting up. Most of my initial issues was the horrible quality of service that best buy provided. Now i know not to get open excellent. Open box good is the way to go.
