    Excitement turning into heartbreak

    I honestly was so excited to buy this laptop for myself, it was going to be an early Christmas gift. The laptop never made it to me. It was delivered to the wrong address and I did everything I can to try to get it but it was all dead ends. I reached out to Best Buy and I made a claim on 12/18/2024 they gave me the run around telling me someone will get in touch with me within 72 hours but no one did so I had to reach out multiple times to see what was happening all to her the same thing. Today they get back to me saying they’re not going to resend me the laptop or send me a refund. I’m so upset and mad. Like I NEVER got the laptop and now you guys are going to keep my money.

    Graphics good and all but the RAM is really low and gets high over nothing, returning.

    Loved this laptol but after the 3rd time sending back to asus ive had enough. Terrible company who cant even re install screws before sending it back. Mine has motherboard issues and im no serious gamer. Mostly used for purchases at my business and light gaming.

    It was great at first and then a few months later it would no longer boot up. It was still under warranty; however, Best Buy would not help with the issue.

    NO CHARGER IN OPEN BOX ITEM

    I just bought the thing. Went home, an hour drive away. The sealed laptop box has no CHARGER!!!! I try to call the Best Buy I purchased from and I keep getting the General line not the BEST BUY I NEED TO TALK TO. I tried GEEK SQUAD I get the general line. Does no one work the phones at local BEST BUYs anymore?

    Tremendous disappointment

    Worked fine for 3 months. Now screen doesn't work and won't even boot up. Best buy refuses to help because I didn't get their additional warranty and told me to deal directly with the manufacturer. Very upsetting

If the laptop will not boot up or it's just black screen but the fan, please do the following. Please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely, then power on. If it powers on but still a black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update is applied successfully. Additionally, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery is charged.     horrible product. horrible ———- company to work with to. don’t tell you how the protection plan is actually a —— ahh membership so they sneak more money out of you. they then won’t notify that it’s almost out, only causing it to then somehow cancel out your protection plan. —— YOU ALL

    Little disappointed

    I ended up returning the computer. It would hang for up to 30 seconds at a time, while just doing normal things in windows. I had one of the previous generations with an Intel i7 that worked great.

    Waste of money

    It was good but 3 weeks later the processor burnt while I was working. I'm wondering why a gaming laptop burns? It isn't supposed to handle long time in games with high proccessing requirements but can't deal 2 hours with a minimum requirement software (Digsilent Power factory) In my opinion it's a waste of money. If you have chance to buy don't do it, go for any other better product. Basically a waste of money

    Bad Build Quality, Appealing Internals

    Great internals, but terrible build quality. Do yourself a favour and spend the money for a metal case (even if the internals are worse). The hinges separated from the plastic case within 2 weeks. Also, super heavy, there's better options if you want a decent graphics card in a laptop you can travel with. If you're gonna use it docked, maybe a 3.5 or 4.

    Didn’t last a month. Not worth it.

    Didn’t even last 1 month before it couldn’t turn on. No malware, no spills, no storage issues, just stopped booting up after less than 3 weeks of use. When it turned on properly, it worked but not worth the money.

      Hard Reset
      1. Remove all external devices such as the AC adapter, USB devices, etc.
      2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
      3. Reconnect the AC adapter.
      4. Turn on the power of the device.
