Good but not for me

The weight wasn’t too bad for being a gaming laptop. Strangely it couldn’t pickup my external hard drive. It also liked reopening apps I wasn’t currently using when I was gaming. Gaming wasn’t a poor experience as everything looked great but there was stutter at times while a video would start or while moving into a new environment while playing Star Wars Survivor. For the price point I expected frame rates to go down not an uneven experience during gameplay. Happened while playing another game too. When given the time to let the new environment render everything was pretty smooth. Returned it as I’m trying to find a solid PC to replace and old one while also replacing my PS5. Need longevity of a system that I can throw down to play a game if I want.

Great beginner laptop

The upgradibility n ease of it at that make me feel like i really got the bang for my buck and it’s helping me learn since im a beginner pc gamer. Pricing is great since there’s always deals ($700 brand new as we speak- now I’m jealous). Laptop does get quite hot if youre not using a cooling pad- also could be due to not being cleaned yet and im not sure how long the previous owner had it. This laptop runs games like Minecraft, Palworld, COD BO6, and many others perfectly! I’ll be keeping this for a while- maybe just upgrading to a monitor for larger viewing purposes from a ~16” display (even though that 165Hz refresh rate is *chefs kiss*)

Great Laptop for a great price

The battery lasts around 3 hours while just browsing and approximately 1-2 hours while playing. The Ryzen 7000 series is designed to work at 95°C, not while resting, but the heat can be kind of annoying while using the keyboard. Connecting it to my tablet and phone creates an excellent environment for my studies and work, and I really enjoy playing games like Total War: Warhammer at maximum resolution without any lag.

I can play most games on ultra setting with no issues. I love the display and rarely does it lag. I bought it on sale for black friday and i dont regret it

I’ve heard mixed reviews on TUF laptops but this one has left me in awe. Huge FPS player and have been looking for the right setup to play the new doom game since my main pc could barely run it at 60fps with high settings. (4060ti) this A16 is a beast. Booted up the game and am current running it at high settings with steady 130-160fps. This just tells me that I can play less graphically demanding games easy. I’m excited to test out other titles on this. If you’re on the fence this is a must buy if you want to game on the go or at home and have the greatest experience possible.

It runs every game very well, handles high graphics and has a great amount of storage. It’s also water resistant - i’ve had 2 small accidental spills on this laptop and have had no issues with it afterwards. Only complaint I have is that unless it’s plugged into the charger constantly, the performance drops. Other than that it’s an amazing gaming laptop.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop because I won't have to replace it in 2 years I wish i could afford LTT upgradeable laptop but at the price and performance its great for using blender and other Adobe programs on the go would recommend for college artists the rx7600xt amd on-board gpu is good for image processing and medium to light gaming, definitely worth connecting to a TV or monitor for video games and movies.
