    Great lap top but hinge cracked and so did my screen. My best guess because computer does run hot the right side hinge next to cooling fan vent caused plastic to become brittle and cracked other than that its a good system

    An underrated laptop that has good specs. It was easy to put in another M.2 SSD. Would recommend buying Open Box if you have them available in your area.

    pretty good laptop but it comes with like 100 gb of bloatware installed which is significant for a laptop with 512gb of storage total

    Great laptop! Does exactly what i need it to. Battery life could be a bit better but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend if you're not in the market for a pc and looking for something on the go or compact.

    Question about rainbow spots!

    Question! Everything looks great, but after a hour or so of playing Horizon zero dawn, I get the smallest rainbow spots on the right side of the screen when looking around in game. Could this be as simple as it’s getting hot or something more serious?

    This is one of the worst laptops I have ever owned. It has trouble booting, running programs, and correctly updating itself. In other words it strugglers to perform basic tasks expected of a laptop. I am genuinely shocked at how poorly this laptop performs, and it makes me question purchasing any ASUS products going forward. Its that bad. Seriously, buy any other brand, ASUS has horrendously bad quality builds.

    Contant restarts

    So many issues with this laptop. Computer would freeze opening firefox or games, constantly forcing a hard restart. Black screen after sleep/hibernate would cause force restart. AMD drivers would go on system tray which you could "Eject". The best part now. Laptop restarts within 10 seconds - 30 seconds. Can't find any resources to fix. Tried reformatting with fresh windows and it constantly restarts. I have an unusable laptop now. Customer support after going through basic troubleshooting recommended reinstalling windows. (I can't) I'm past warranty and they want $400+ to send it in to them to replace hard drive, motherboard, and . Took them 2 weeks to give me that estimate.

    Waste of money

    Complete waste of money. Worst gaming device i’ve ever owned. I literally am always having problems with this piece of garbage. Sometime I’ll try to close out of any games and it crashes, forcing me to just restart the entire laptop. It also changes settings on its own without even asking me. I’ll be playing a game & speaking on discord and it’ll just change my mic settings randomly causing the game to lose its audio for no reason. Just save your money & buy a desktop. regret ever purchasing this and i haven’t even had it for a year. Extremely disappointed i wasted over 700$ on this trash

    Reconsider

    Received an unboxed version noted to be in excellent condition. Currently crashing and freezing in his games. It was purchased less than 1 month ago but will not return after 14 day. Contacted geek squad. Wasted 30 minutes with them just to tell me I had to purchase their program if I wanted them to help. Would not recommend Best Buy, geek squad or this computer - at least unboxed model

To resolve these issues, please update Windows, drivers, BIOS and the Armoury Crate utility software if outdated.     Never got the product.

    Ordered open box for pickup, online description mentioned ready to pick up within 1 hour. best buy took almost 2 days to cancel the order due to unavailability, in the meantime prices went up, bad service experience.

    Send my sister to buy me a asus zephyrus g14 but they sold her this A16. She was conned the A16 has a poor display for creator's now am forced to get a second monitor.
