The only problem I have with it is the LED at the back. Other than that, it’s one of the best motherboard on market and is very aesthetic.

Upgraded to an AM5 socket and so far this board has been flawless. Very easy to drop into my rig with plenty of SATA and RGB ports. I've had rough luck with my previous boards and Bluetooth. This one has been rock solid with multiple Bluetooth devices connected. Solid board.

Upgraded a prebuilt system that I had for a couple years. Installation was not bad at all; everything lined up in my case. Be careful installing the Ssd to the heatsink slots they were a little stiff to get locked in. Lots of USB ports; multiple Ssd ports; quality design

I originally loved this motherboard, but it failed just shy of 2 years. Me and a friend examined the board carefully and discovered that the ground wire from the bios battery housing to the board had become disconnected, likely due to repeated heated and cooling cycles of the board during normal operation. We sent the board back to ASUS for repair/replacement and guess what? The inevitable and dreaded "Damage Not Covered Under Warranty" email came back with a photo showing damaged processor pins on the motherboard. If you google this issue, it seems that pretty much every time a board goes back to ASUS for warranty repair the pins are damaged on the motherboard and AQSUS says to file a claim with the shipper. In our case, no mention was ever made of the actual problem, likely because the repair center never even looked for the real problem, just jumped straight to the "damaged pins" issue. And yes, we did closely examine the entire board before sending it back, including the pins and putting the protective cap back on the board before shipping; no damage found of course since the board worked fine right up to the day the soldered joint failed. And one last dig, when you go to the ASUS website to look for information on sending the motherboard back for repair, the ASUS website has a pop-up that says if you bought the board from BestBuy, take the board back to them for repair, but when you take the board to BestBuy, they say unless you bought their extended warranty you must mail it back to ASUS. Never Again ASUS

      Dear JosephA,

      Thank you for your feedback.

We do understand your dissatisfaction with the quality of your recent customer service experience and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are being charged for the repair or service. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, the ground wire being disconnected is a random problem.

We do value our customers and take negative customer service experience very seriously. This is not the quality of service expected from ASUS. We do stand behind our product and we continuously strive to improve our approach and processes in order to achieve customer service excellence. If you need further assistance with the warranty service for the product, please email me at [email protected] and I would be more than happy to help. Or, you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent from the link: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/1135/.

Thank you for choosing an ASUS product.
