The TP link antenna fell off so I found this. No having to remove it when I put it in my bag. My wifi card is wonky or maybe my laptop. The wifi drivers disappear on their own and don't like to reload without a hard reset. So I use adaptors.

Customer Service was EASY to access, patient, and very helpful. So far the adapter has helped with the necessary speed for downloading games for the gamer in the house.

Made old computer fast

I am able to get around 240mbps speed in my living room, my router is upstairs. It was just plug and play. Works great.

It was simple to install and hardly noticeable on my laptop. I would very much recommend this item.

Great alternative to A PC card

The instructions were clear, My computer uploaded and installed the code and in no time, I was using WiFi, rather than an Ethernet! And that is exactly what I wanted.

Great download speeds and simple to connect. I should add that the pc this is used on is in a basement. Not real far, but through a floor. Definitely recommend!!

I would recommend this to a friend works but loses signal and need to reboot

When it loses the wifi signal when I set the computer down or the screen blacks out I have to reboot the computer to get the wifi signal to reconnect. I end up having to do that around 5 times a day. However it is better than buying a new computer when this one is only 2 1/2 years old.

Instead replacing a module, this device gave the wi fi my PC needed, with no problems. Easy installation. A but. If this brand could insert the software in the same device, it would be great. Since the CD unit is not available for so many pc and the problem is not getting internet it was hard to download teh software without wifi.
