Perfect use for what i needed, small & easy to set up.

I got this for my old tower pc that the wifi kept disconnecting. It works great and my speeds are wonderful. I never drop a connection anymore.

This was simple to setup. Ran the disc, plugged the adapter into USB port, and was up and running in no time. Its very small and inconspicuous, my previous adapter protruded about 2 inches and managed to get broken for that reason.

Needed some network connectivity that was small and out of the way. I saw this jewel and immediately thought that it was ideal for my purpose, It turned out to work perfectly.

Solid product does exactly what it is supposed to. Would definitely purchase again if I need another one.

We just could not believe how poorly this device performed when we tried using it. Windows installed the driver automatically, but we also downloaded the latest driver for Windows 10 64-bit from the ASUS support website (latest version is from 2020). It did not really make much of a difference as the speeds were absolutely horrible. We started out only getting up to 3 Mbps speeds using USB 2.0 port and about 2 Mbps with USB 3.0 ports. Once we downloaded the drivers instead of using the Windows drivers, it improved to an incredible top speed of 27 Mbps, which is slower than the standard 54 Mbps speeds for slower WiFi from years ago. The user had fiber optic connection at home and her laptop was getting up to 300 Mbps using the laptop's built-in wireless adapter. I also took the device to my office at work and tried it there. Pretty much the same results with a top speed of just about 30 Mpbs on USB 2.0 and only 10 Mbps using USB 3.0! I used to think that ASUS adapters were trustworthy but I no longer believe that. Atrocious performance and the fact that the drivers are 3 years old and that's the best we could get out of it pretty much tells me all that I need to know. I do not recommend purchasing this unless you don't mind the slow speeds and it just fits your budget needs. From what I read, this is supposed to get much much better speeds but it didn't seem to happen. Sorry ASUS, you just lost a customer. I included photos of speed tests for this adapter and another that I will actually be keeping. One photo is USB 2.0 speed, then the even slower USB 3.0 speed, followed by the Linksys adapter which was great.

My home office is located the furtherst point from the modem so it has always been a challenge to receive a good WiFi signal there. That was until I began using this ASUS dual band adapter. Now my WiFi signal has improved significantly as though the modem is right in my office. It does the job!

It's working like a charm, and has made my time on the PC MUCH better! Terrific investment.

I was very pleased with the product. The ASUS Dual-Band AC1200 USB Network Adapter solved the problem I was having connecting my computer to the internet using a free wifi system. The directions were easy to follow. I loaded the software disk, installed the software, installed the USB Network Adapter into the USB connector on my computer and my connection problem was solved. My computer runs on Windows 7 Home Premium. Windows 7 may have caused the failure to connect reliably to the free wifi. The Adapter allowed a reliable internet connection.

Simple no fuss wifi connectivity. I simply plugged the adapter into an open USB port on my desktop pc, and was connected within minutes to my home network with NO CABLES.

Works well, throughput is slightly behind the larger TP link AC1200 with the big antenna. The TP link antenna fell off so I found this. No having to remove it when I put it in my bag. My wifi card is wonky or maybe my laptop. The wifi drivers disappear on their own and don't like to reload without a hard reset. So I use adaptors.

This Asus usb wifi adapter works great, simple install and setup and no issues at all. Also works great with Windows 10 and its plug and go.

This adapter has been an economical & simple to use means to upgrade 2 of my older systems for wireless Wi-Fi access. The adapters have performed without issue since I installed them.

I bought this for a work computer that I needed to get online in one of my remote offices. This adapter works incredibly well. Fast and easy installation and the speeds / range was just what I needed. The price was very good.

Amazing little device lets your computer work on a wi-fi network

This adapter works amazingly at its job. I was having trouble with my connection on my laptop and it solved the problem by getting me connected to our wifi. It was definitely a good buy well worth the price.

The piece was easy, however, I did need to contact customer support to download the driver since our desktop computer did not have a disk drive. Customer Service was EASY to access, patient, and very helpful. So far the adapter has helped with the necessary speed for downloading games for the gamer in the house.
