Always hung on installation. Tech assistance indicated that the Windows 10 OS added drivers for the device. It is not clear if the device is operating at highest possible speed. Connectivity has been good. Using Windows 10; USB 2.0; hi-speed fiber optic Internet connection

I've had no issues with dropped connections or slow performance. Admittedly, the computer is a tower and does not move around and the router is only a room away so my experience may not be the best to judge by if you want to be mobile and working at extreme ranges. All I can say is that if you have a computer that does not have room for a WiFi card, this little adapter takes up no real room, installs very easily, and then unobtrusively performs. I would recommend at least giving it a try to see if it meets your particular needs.
