    Purchased this for my Win10x64 in hopes to replace a failing blue tooth adapter, but it just doesn't want to cooperate. Downloaded the proper drivers. Attempted to uninstall/restart numerous times. It appeared to install fine, until I'm met with "Driver error" every single time. I even tried different USB ports. No matter what I do, it doesn't work.

      To successfully setup the Bluetooth adapter, please verif if the computer fully support the device. If it does, please check if Windows and the chipset driver for the PC are up to date. The Bluetooth works well with Windows default driver.

    Chat agent said this would allow me to use on HDTV as an adapter to allow Bluetooth connectivity. Sometimes I wonder who they hire. I returned in the allotted time.

    Won't Connect to BT Devices

    Could not get the installed dongle to connect with any of 6 BT devices. Disabled originally installed BT driver. Did the PnP, followed by a reinstall with a d/l driver from ASUS website. Rebooted, disable, reenabled, rebooted, No Go! The Win10 events log for the install of the ASUS driver reported "Device USB\VID_0B05&PID_190E\00E04C239987 requires further installation". Maybe something wonky with my Win10 system, or with the ASUS driver??? BestBuy easily accepted the return, without issue. Great merchant.

    it's great to add Bluetooth if you don't have Bluetooth on a device, but if you've ever used a device that had Bluetooth on it and then went to using this adapter, then you'd realize that it's a cheap product marketed at someone who didn't know that there are other options available. Just upgrade your system to something with integrated Bluetooth and you'll have a higher quality Bluetooth signal and higher quality system and a better price/performance value.

    its works alright connecting Bluetooth audio is easy with windows but sounds awful... Connecting a controller or Bluetooth mouse it works fine.

    Dissatisfied with this product be even more disgusted with the lack of professionalism of the Best Buy tech support agents I was provided and disconnected from. Kids screaming in the background and conveniently no record of my 6 phone calls to help me troubleshoot this nonfunctioning product. Best Buy you're heading downhill. Lack of follow up and the tech support knowledge is lacking.

    Fails after two years of light use

    Worked occasionally for two years before it started dropping the connection to headphones 3 feet away. Like everything else I've bought from Asus, it's designed to fail over time.
