    Buy another brand at another store

    Trash item and trash support due to inability for BestBuy to track what should've been a simple return. In the end I should be grateful it was only 20~ bucks wasted. Seriously buy another brand adapter at another store besides BestBuy.

    This would not work in any machines I tried it with. The software seemed to have problems. I tried this in win systems, linux and the chrome environment.

    Disconnects every other minute. Bought it to use for my xbox controller but wont stay connected. Connection is weak no matter where its faceing or distance.

    Driver issues

    It unfortunately stops working if you leave it plugged in when resetting. This can be fixed by going to device manager and updating to the opposite compatible driver.

    Intermittently works. Driver is goofy. Have to find and download driver, then after that install windows finally decides to install the driver it has for that product. Then there’s a conflict, and it won’t uninstall. Ugggg.

    This thing does not work right, only allows you to connect Bluetooth devices with "Tape-Recorder" quality audio. AVOID! No manual or troubleshooting documentation anywhere, no reliable drivers online.

    When download the software a msg showed Trojan House exists. Also when connected to my desk a msg says device error. Finally I gave up & returned the device.
