    Intermittently works. Driver is goofy. Have to find and download driver, then after that install windows finally decides to install the driver it has for that product. Then there’s a conflict, and it won’t uninstall. Ugggg.

    This thing does not work right, only allows you to connect Bluetooth devices with "Tape-Recorder" quality audio. AVOID! No manual or troubleshooting documentation anywhere, no reliable drivers online.

    It says it can't update the drivers and doesn't work anymore without the update, I've only had it a couple months and used it twice

    When download the software a msg showed Trojan House exists. Also when connected to my desk a msg says device error. Finally I gave up & returned the device.

    Save your money here. Can’t keep a steady or consistent sound on any Bluetooth device I link, and I’m literally right next to it. Just a poor quality product.

    The download speed it's low: only 50Mb with a 200Mb connection. I realized too late it was the adapter and no the internet provider
