Every time I restart my pc. Sometimes troubleshooting fixes the issue and sometimes it can't find the solution. I got more errors with this thing than actual use. Don't waste your time or money. Find something else.

The driver error may be related to a driver conflict on an existing device. Usually, this can be resolved by removing the old driver and installing the correct driver. Also, Windows and the chipset driver for the PC needs to be up to date.

Would not recommend buying this

From time to time, it disappears as a Bluetooth device. When connecting your headphones, there is a lot of disruptions. Would not recommend buying it.

If you are experiencing connection issue, please verify if the USB port on the PC is working properly. Please try to update the chipset driver for the computer and reinstall the driver for the Bluetooth adapter. Also, check if the Bluetooth devices are working properly.
