    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS

    Wasted several hours on this piece of garbage. Cannot get drivers to function in Windows 10. Cannot get Windows to recognize its existence, even though that four-note ping plays when it's inserted. Furious at ASUS for selling this piece of trash.

      We certainly understand your disappointment with the quality of the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if the Bluetooth adapter is not being detected. To resolve this issue, check if the PC meets the system requirements of the adapter. If does meet requirements, check if Windows and chipset driver for the PC are up to date. Additionally, the USB port is working properly and the Bluetooth device connecting to the adapter is working properly and paired correctly inside Settings > Bluetooth.     Doesn’t work right, tried everything.

    Complete garbage. Basically feels like I have malware, crashes my entire PC. Tried 50 different ways of installing the thing. Linksys tech support gave me the run around and nothing fixes it. It’s a blame game between Windows and Linksys and the thing doesn’t work right.

    Not Worth It

    Does not work spent 16 bucks on this piece of junk will be returning it says its connected to my headphones but no audio comes out very bad product don't buy
