    This USB Bluetooth adaptor fixed a problem that I was having with my Windows desktop. The Intel chip and driver would no longer recognize and connect to new devices. I followed the instructions and disabled the Intel driver and then attached this and installed its driver. Problem solved. I reattached all of the devices that I needed to work and all is fine.
