    Good device, though a little pricier than others. I tried the Insignia one first and had driver issues. Returned that and got this one. No issues at all

    Doesn't work too well with AirPods

    Based on other reviews I read I thought that this would work better. I am using it in a PC to connect to my AirPods. The connection cuts in and out quite often. I updated to the latest driver and still have issues. AirPods work perfectly with my older MacBook though - go figure.

    Manual driver installation sucks, but not as much as it quite literally ALWAYS needing to be unplugged and replugged before taking any device.

    Not usable for my purpose

    I bought this so that I could connect my hearing aids to my computer. It's not working very well. I get a loud roaring sound in my ears, then it will clear up for a bit and then the roaring came back. Very well could be the hearing aids problem.

    My PC does not recognize it.

    Probably something with my PC, which did not come with a bluetooth card. I was hoping this would let me transmit to my bluetooth speaker, but my PC simply would not recognize it. Had the same problem with two other USB bluetooth adapters.

      To resolve the issue, please verify if the PC meets the system requirements of the BT adapter. If it does, please ensure Windows an the chipset driver for the PC are up to date. Verify if the Bluetooth device is working properly and the battery has ample amount of charged life and device is powered on.



      To setup successfully, please select the Start button > type Bluetooth > select Bluetooth settings from the list. Turn on Bluetooth > select the device > Pair. Please follow instructions in order to connect successfully.

    Bad choice for bluetooth keyboards

    This is not a reliable bluetooth for keyboards. Audio works fine, but there seems to be a glitch where it just stopped responding OR the same character keeps getting entered into my document for five seconds. Very frustrating!!

    Did not improve range over the store brand variant that physically fell apart over the course of normal use. Management also fired the very helpful associate who helped me with this purchase.

    If you are getting this for your xbox controller don't. I had so much input lag games where unplayable. I guess as a Bluetooth adapter it works just not for what I needed it to do

    Bluetooth dongle always gets disconnected and showing as disabled in device manager. I downloaded latest driver from Asus website but still the same. I even return it and exchange it for another one but same result.

    It fell apart

    It's a bluetooth receiver for a computer that doesn't have one. It works, but the cap came apart so now it's just a USB-A with exposed chipset.

    Not for headsets with microphones

    Do not buy this is your trying to connect a headset with a microphone. Bad quality of sound when using the microphone. Everything else seems to work and it works fine if you have a Bluetooth headset and don’t want to use mic or it doesn’t have one. If your headset does have a mic you will need to disable it in settings for it to work correctly.
