It was hard to find the drivers for it to download. And it still will not do a data transfer. No pictures or videos or documents. Not to happy

Good but delicate piece of equipment

The top cap that says “Asus” came off when trying to remove the USB drive from my computer. It easily went back on afterwards but when it came off, the antenna was visible and that’s not something you want to mess up. It is small so you must be a little delicate but other than that, it does what it needs to…after installing some software that’s compatible with your computer etc etc

Didn’t work

Terrible product

I bought it so I could use a bluetooth mouse and keyboard and I need to buy a new one because every time it disconnects (which is every 5-10 minutes) I need to use a cord mouse to turn on and off the bluetooth to use it. It is a terrible product. I didn't open it until I can't return it, but for real do not buy it. I saw online terrible reviews and I wish I would have seen them earlier. It is a shame that bestbuy is selling this.

Do not suggest this.

Asus drivers are required for it to function properly but still does not work well with a bluetooth keyboard from microsoft. Going to buy another brand.

Driver Error

Downloaded the proper drivers. Attempted to uninstall/restart numerous times. It appeared to install fine, until I'm met with "Driver error" every single time. I even tried different USB ports. No matter what I do, it doesn't work.

To successfully setup the Bluetooth adapter, please verif if the computer fully support the device. If it does, please check if Windows and the chipset driver for the PC are up to date. The Bluetooth works well with Windows default driver.

Won't Connect to BT Devices

Disabled originally installed BT driver. Did the PnP, followed by a reinstall with a d/l driver from ASUS website. Rebooted, disable, reenabled, rebooted, No Go! The Win10 events log for the install of the ASUS driver reported "Device USB\VID_0B05&PID_190E\00E04C239987 requires further installation". Maybe something wonky with my Win10 system, or with the ASUS driver??? BestBuy easily accepted the return, without issue. Great merchant.

Just avoid this product

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's great to add Bluetooth if you don't have Bluetooth on a device, but if you've ever used a device that had Bluetooth on it and then went to using this adapter, then you'd realize that it's a cheap product marketed at someone who didn't know that there are other options available. Just upgrade your system to something with integrated Bluetooth and you'll have a higher quality Bluetooth signal and higher quality system and a better price/performance value.
