    its works alright connecting Bluetooth audio is easy with windows but sounds awful... Connecting a controller or Bluetooth mouse it works fine.

    Terrible Best Buy Tech Support & Product

    Dissatisfied with this product be even more disgusted with the lack of professionalism of the Best Buy tech support agents I was provided and disconnected from. Kids screaming in the background and conveniently no record of my 6 phone calls to help me troubleshoot this nonfunctioning product. Best Buy you're heading downhill. Lack of follow up and the tech support knowledge is lacking.

    Fails after two years of light use

    Worked occasionally for two years before it started dropping the connection to headphones 3 feet away. Like everything else I've bought from Asus, it's designed to fail over time.

    I wanted this so I could make my desktop computer Bluetooth so I could hook up my earbuds to the computer but it doesn’t work.

    Overrides other wireless devices, not reliable

    After installing drivers other wireless dongles quit working. Even if I don't have this plugged in. The drivers for this mess up other drivers. It worked fine by itself for a while, but after less than a week of usage sometimes the connection gets lost briefly. Nothing like playing a game or doing something and no mouse.

    Broke Easily

    Had the adapter plugged into a usb slot into my PC and it got stuck. Was hard to remove due to its tiny size; luckily it wasnt fully in and I was able to remove it with a lot of force. USB connector itself separated from the electronics stored in the black cap.

    Not Your Usual Good ASUS Device

    Fell apart, 50 days in. Pulled it out and only the black cap pulled - leaving the rest of the unit in the computer. When pulling the chassis out, The insert stayed in the computer. Surprised for an ASUS product. I chose ASUS for the name of quality. Not sure what to do now. trying to find any warranty information.
