    Ok, with the exception of the geek squad, they started but didn't complete the installation. I still do not know if my printer is compatible with the PC. No cables to the printer.

    Just discovered that I don’t have a disk drive. I did not know that when I bought it. I feel like I should’ve been told that.

    Computer did not come with included software. Best Buy customer support refuses to resolve because computer was purchased in store. They claim issue can only be solved by store personnel. Local store does not answer phone, call center will not have store reach out. Computer is good.

    Died. Twice.

    Worked fine for about two months, then wouldn't start up after being shut down. 11 days turnaround for resolder of RAM module (not terrible) and it worked... for two weeks. Then 22 days turnaround (on "expedited" service because it's a recurring problem - terrible) for motherboard replacement. It's still working three hours after firing up. Fingers crossed. Couldn't talk to Best Buy personnel by phone at all. Updates on text were slightly helpful but not great. Not a great experience.

ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free, this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service.
