Sporadic Audio loss

It will be working fine, then a red x will appear next to the speaker. other than that its pretty good. Im starting to think my model is defective.

Colors were very washed out and not true - what is true black on 3 of my laptop monitors, on this one shows up as either a washed out grey or weird shade of blue on this monitor. Do not recommend.
