Great until the dreaded deal pixel
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor does the job. I'm in no condition to get into details on quality, but the screen is clear and the colors are great. It was nice until about 2 and a half weeks in when one of the pixels died. It died after the return window closed, so I requested an RMA from Asus. I submitted my claim on the 11th, still waiting to hear back on them as of today

Great product but incorrect description.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm interested to know why it is being advertised as 24" when it is only 22". I love Asus products and have no doubt that this will serve me well. I did notice it looked a little small when taking it out of the box. Surprisingly it only measured 22" and I wanted a 24". I'm not sure if anyone has ever measured their monitor but I am a little disappointed. If the screen was the correct size this would have gotten another star.

Great Monitor at an Affordable Price
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Display is bright and clear. The adjustable stand is solid. My only complaint is that there is no displayport input. If you are lucky enough to get a new 3000 series GPU, then you will be stuck with using only one of these monitors unless you get a displayport to HDMI adaptor.

Amazing Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of many good purchases I’ve made. Helps me with gaming with the smaller screen compared to my 55” TV makes life easier. Highly recommended!

Great monitor for the price

FreeSync or FreeStink?
|Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used these monitors for about 3 years I would say they are excellent but after about 2 years the height adjustment to go up and down seems to seize up making it harder to play at the desired height. the preset setting is alright but if you go on the internet, you will find better setting to get the performance you want out of your games or movies. The set up is easy, to adjust your settings at first can be intimidating but after you use it for like a week, you'll be a pro. Overall, it is a great buy for the price.

Good, but price is asking a bit too much.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If there is anything really negative I'd have to say about the monitor right off the bat, it's the price of it. For a $200 'gaming' monitor, the overall specs of it just doesn't exactly meet the price tag that other monitors, either from the same manufacturer (ASUS), or others such as LG, Sceptre, etc., can meet. I would honestly recommend nabbing this while it's on a good sale, but even then, I would also recommend just getting a monitor from LG or Acer that can offer vastly higher refresh rates (either 120 or 144Hz) for the same price. Aside from that, it has a nice screen, plus it does have some built-in speakers, though I would recommend getting either a headset or some external ones, as the built-in speakers on this thing are rather "meh" at best. I will also say that if you're planning on getting it for your consoles, then hey, this monitor is good for that. If you were planning on getting this for a secondary monitor, it's good for that. It's especially good as a backup monitor in case your main display kicks the bucket sooner than expected. Even if it does only support a 75Hz refresh rate, it does have AMD FreeSync, so you don't have to worry about any screen tearing if your computer rig outdoes that refresh rate. All in all, a nice monitor, just not for the price ASUS puts this thing at, especially when factoring in competitors that offer monitors that can do better at the same or similar price.

Great Monitor For Every Day Use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this monitor because I needed one for every day use that moves up and down. A lot of the computer monitors out there now are totally stationary. They don’t move and would not work for me. The salesman suggested this one and though I had some concerns at first, like the large size fitting on my desk, or using it for general use not gaming, I decided to give it a try. It works great, I don’t do gaming on it, just every day stuff. I did have to increase the font to 125% though. And the speakers are tinny sounding for music so I kept my old ones. But it does what I need it to do and it doesn’t short out like my old one!

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted a nice screen to go w my docking station setup. Could not beat the price for this size / quality monitor. Though Indonfind myself reducing the size of many docs. As I am not used to the pure size available w this screen. Colors and clarity or great too.

Very good monitor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has brilliant color and is easy to setup and use. I can see things more clearly than my old monitor. There is just one issue with the ASCR feature. If you use the FPS preset with Free sync and ASCR, the screen will only get so but so dark until it blacks out. To fix this just turn off ASCR. It does very little for the contrast and causes said issue listed above.

Great monitor....sound needs improvement
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is great. I’m using it in addition to a laptop screen, so it is certainly functional. Not sure about all the graphics / gaming features, but it’s like a mini tv screen. Compared to the laptop, it’s huge. The sound quality while using just the monitor speakers needs improvements especially using it solely for conference calls, Sound projects from the back, so it’s sometimes hard to hear people. I just plugged in headphones, and it’s much better. Definitely a needed item while working from home.

Pretty good for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good monitor, not anything extravagant but gets the job done! Only gripe I have is it’s basically impossible to put cables through the cable management cut-out. Thanks to Free-Sync being made available on more Nvidia cards screen tearing is a thing of the past! Panel has good color and overall not bad brightness. If you can pass on aluminum stands and no RGB, it’s well worth the money.

Great for console players and entry level PC games
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The monitor is a great buy for console players and entry level PC gamers. The refresh rate caps out at 75hz but that is more than enough for console gamers where the refresh rate caps out at 60hz. This monitor also provides a 1ms response time so the latency is really great and there is no signs of input lag. This is really helpful for games like Call Of Duty, Fortnite, and PUBG. The monitor also has two HDMI ports which allows you to connect both your PC and and your console on two different input settings. The switch knob on the side of the monitor works pretty well and is much easier to navigate around the monitor settings. Overall, it is a great monitor for people who want to take their gaming to the next level.

Nice monitor and nice price
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to quickly find a reasonably priced monitor as I started working from home due to the pandemic. Using my laptop monitor was not at all helpful when trying to work on multiple projects. I found this monitor and even though it was advertised for gaming I went ahead and bought it. Love it! Also use it to watch my shows.

Good monitor on a budget.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price this is a really good monitor on a budget. I have much less input lag for gaming now and the picture quality is perfectly fine for gaming and videos. The monitor is very responsive and is great for gaming. Nice sturdy heavy base and has built in speakers for people in need of a quick solution.

My spreadsheets look awesome!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this gaming monitor for my home office. Chose it because the price point was nice and it had the square mounting pattern of my old monitor on the wall. I haven't mounted it on the wall just yet, nor have I used it for gaming. But my spreadsheets look awesome on it! I'm using the speakers in the monitor, and they are adequate, but not impressive.

Good Monitor
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great monitor! Functionality is good and it offers beautiful resolution. Only downside is the refresh rate is pretty low but it plays well. Unless you’ve played above 60 hz, you won’t notice. Would recommend for anyone just casually gaming or needing a good looking monitor for home/business.

great picture,size and functionality.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.AWESOME first gaming monitor I decided to treat myself to for Christmas. Great features and I LOVE the controls on the back and swivel on the stand. The one complain I have is the sound will not work for me now and I am not sure why. New to this so it could be my error and I usually play with a headset but I cant get sound to play through the speakers now.
