Based on the issue that you have described I would recommend checking for any available Windows updates. This can be done by going into Settings> Update and Security> Windows Updates> Check for updates. If the issue continues when the unit is fully updated you can perform refresh on the computer. The refresh will not affect any personal files or data but it will uninstall any apps or programs that did not come on the PC. To do the refresh you can go into Settings> Update and Security> Recovery> click Get Started under Reset This PC and select the option to keep your files. After the refresh you can log back into your PC and test to see if the issue has been resolved. To resolve the issue, please try to install cumulative WINDOWS Updates if not current. In order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically. The computer is so slow I use my laptop for everything and have not turned it on in a week. Not sure what the issue is, but anyone needing a computer for any functional reason other than decorating a desk should not even consider owning this product!

Screen resolution looks great, performance still holds up to this day. Used it to stream for a while until I switched it out for a MacBook pro but in due time of course, all tech has to get swapped out. Overall great while it was the main work horse, def recommend.
