    This product I purchased $ 870 by Best Buy sautket ny July 4th 2018 and I getting problem November 23rd 2018 this problem stuck me so think purchase about this ASUS product

Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or, part that stop working prematurely under normal usage.     I would not purchase this model, either there was a board issue or power issue with the one I purchased. Went to install and it would not boot up. DOA

    Product did not work for me very slow and freezing up and to return it for HP 24" touch 10 times better then this one .Don't waste your money its junk.

    Nice, but has issues.

    Desktop set up was seamless but the keyboard and mouse don't work. The dongle is not responding even after replacing the batteries in the mouse and keyboard. This is frustrating because there are things I need the keyboard and mouse for that the touchscreen cannot do. If possible please help... I really want to use my computer in its full capacity seeing how much I paid for it. I would hate to have to return it over something so small. Other than that it is fine.

      It's good to know that you like the nice aesthetic look of the product. I do understand the inconvenience this may have cause you if the wireless keyboard/mouse combo are not working properly. If a new known good batteries were tried to no avail, please try to connect the USB Dongle into another USB port. Also, try doing a system restart. The wireless keyboard/mouse may become unresponsive temporarily while doing WINDOWS Update. Please make sure update is current and installed successfully.     Slow PC

    Slow,bad wireless keyboard, the whole top row is not working, awful webcam at awkward locaction with low resolution.

    Slow, very slow, unreliable

    I bought this last week. Right out of the box I start the update to the newest version of Windows 10 Home. For whatever reason that takes at least 8 hours so I wasn't ready until I woke up the next morning. It was running but was slow already the following morning when several rounds of updates and auto-restarts finished. I shut it down normally. When I got home from work everytime I tried to log in the computer would go to black screen and go unresponsive and I would have to hard restart. For whatever reason the newest windows updates in respond to all the chip vulerabilites seem to be affecting this computer. This is unreliable as it is and I would stronlgy recommend against buying. I went to best buy that evening and traded it in for the HP all in one that was only $50 more and updates were down within 1-2 hours and it's a much more reliable device.

    Terrible Quality

    I purchased 3 of these computers 13 months ago when we opened our office. Today when we got to the office the reception computer would not turn on. I took it to Best Buy where I was told it was the motherboard and that it was out of warranty (12 months). I tried calling the manufacturer to ask if they would repair it since it was 1 month out of warranty. They said they would not. I paid $185 to retrieve the data from the hard drive and was told the repair would most likely be around $400 and I wouldn't have the computer back for 2-3 weeks. I don't recommend any product if the manufacture doesn't stand behind it.

    Poor Quality

    My computer crashed after under 300 uses. It was slow from the moment I turned it on only to crash less than 1yr and 4months later. I wouldn’t recommend this computer at all. I called ASUS to ask if they would work with me being the computer warranty expired just over 3 months ago. They said send it it will will Let you know how much we would charge to fix it! Why would I fix a computer that has already crash with very little use, and didn’t make 1yr and 4months. I’m thinking no, because who’s to say this won’t happen again in a year. I will choice to stay away from any products made by ASUS.

    Bought the year old model and after 15 months motherboard needs to be replaced. Called Asus and they won’t do anything to help me out. Even though the warranty is out where is the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. DO NOT BUY
