    This is the worst laptop I have ever owned.

    Since the first day I bought it, it has given me nothing but issues, Its slow, expensive, and annoyingly thin. ASUS had to have been on some illegal substance when they made this, because never in my life have I owned a laptop that has been more annoying than this. I do not care for all the AI features, I hate how thin it is, it makes it impossible to hold with one hand without clicking and holding down on the track pad, because of how thin they made it. The battery barely lasts a full day anyway, and the charger is entirely useless on any other device, as I have used it on my phone a few times, and it either can not for the life of it stay inside my phone, or knocks itself slightly loose and does not charge. Do not buy this laptop unless you enjoy having hundreds of dollars stolen from you.

    Great small lap top. It is easy to operate and take with you. With a little help from the Geek Squad I was read ready to have fun on my new computer right away. Best Buy is a great store with great values on merchandice.

    I got Scammed!

    Someone stole my card info and used it to purchase this product. Apparently they have my email too. 1 Star not on the product so much but Best Buy’s incompetence to check ID. I’m sure it’s a decent laptop but you should ask the person that stole my card to buy it.

    Printer install issues.

    Buyer beware if you have a Brother dcp-L2540dw you'll have big issues installing. This due to the processor this laptop has having a conflict with Microsoft 25H2 update. MS does not have a fix and no telling when.:(
