    I like the unit. However, the setup for Win 11 caught me off guard. It would have been nice to get some advanced notice that it would take over the computer and not let go until the installation was complete. I guess when the time comes I’ll just run the recovery program to reset all the bad information that I needed to feed it to complete the setup.

    The memory and storage can be upgraded, I'm using 24gb's of ram and it runs very smooth, if you need a second option laptop at 14'', stop looking it's right hear!!!

    Decent and solid for the price. I am only using it for the purpose of college and for that it seems like it will serve well. Other than that I see no issues and I like that it is pretty smooth for the most part. My only gripe is that the charging is not usb-c but other than that I just wanted a laptop that can do basic tasks for college and it does exactly that.
