    The memory and storage can be upgraded, I'm using 24gb's of ram and it runs very smooth, if you need a second option laptop at 14'', stop looking it's right hear!!!

    We were looking for an inexpensive but reliable decent laptop for our daughter to replace her old one. We went to the store a couple of times and found a couple of options but when we spoke with the salesman he redirected us to this unit. It was less than the ones we had seen and had more features. It has worked very well for her since the purchase.
