Beware of Win11 setup.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the unit. However, the setup for Win 11 caught me off guard. It would have been nice to get some advanced notice that it would take over the computer and not let go until the installation was complete. I guess when the time comes I’ll just run the recovery program to reset all the bad information that I needed to feed it to complete the setup.

I am only using it for the purpose of college and for that it seems like it will serve well. Other than that I see no issues and I like that it is pretty smooth for the most part. My only gripe is that the charging is not usb-c but other than that I just wanted a laptop that can do basic tasks for college and it does exactly that.

I bought this because of the extra memory it had and the numeric keypad built into the touchpad. That was a mistake. the keypad isn't that convenient to use, and if I hit the On/Off button by mistake, a calculator window pops up on the screen and I have to stop and close it out again to continue with what I was working on. Also, the 14" screen is too small for some images and there's no way to access the bottom of the screen. If I changed the image size the printing would be too small to read. I'll keep it until it dies, but the next time I'll go back to one with a 15" screen and regular numeric keypad.

It's Intel UHD, but I feel like even old laptops didn't have graphics that were this bad. I changed the color settings and everything, it seemed like the eyeline was wrong or something. Everything else was fine though, processing was fast and all.
