I received the laptop the next day as was indicated, it was also double boxed, which is good and safe. But this laptop tends to freeze anytime, a lot more than my older Windows 10 laptops. Does anyone else seem to have this problem?

I’ve tried resetting and it still doesn’t help. The nearest Best Buy to me is about an hour drive so it’s not the most convenient to just up and exchange, but that seems like my only option at the point
