I have owned an ASUS laptop for over 10 years. When issues came up, I decided I wanted to continue with a great product. The Vivobook 14 has been a great purchase. The reason for the 4 star as opposed to 5 star rating is presence of the number pad has taken some getting used to. I find my finger accidently turning the number pad on once or twice each time I am typing. Hopefully I will teach my right hand not to be so careless. Other than that issue, it is a great laptop.

Good quality and decent speed for the price. Thought it was touch screen but it is not.

I'm no power-user. Make travel arrangements, read the news, email. No streaming or downloads. No games of any kind. This laptop is fine for me. I chose it for mostly modern CPU and OS. Hopefully not archaic too soon. A couple of bummers: can't use Windows Hello facial recognition for sign in. Oddball charger, not a standard configuration like USB-C. For me, the lack of a touchscreen is a blessing, but YMMV.

Laptop ok for what I need. Compact and light weight. Good sale price for what there is. No special bells & whisles.

This is my 1st Asus laptop and to date I am very happy with this computer. Needed a laptop for tradeshows to be used with a monitor. (1st laptop I purchased didn't have the correct connections for the monitor) Easy to set up, nice screen. Was able to add the information I needed in a matter of minutes. Lightweight so it will be nice to carry to trade shows. I do miss a touch screen at time, but at the price I purchased that is a sacrifice. At this time no issues.

Another fine laptop from ASUS. Light and fast, and also at a very, very reasonable price. An excellent choice that covers most of your everyday needs.

Even though I gave 5 stars, mind you, I know nothing serious about the hard/software aspects of it. I need a small laptop for travel with reasonable price & this fit well in that category! I miss little things like "no light when power is connected", no backlit keyboard etc., Overall, I am OK & it works for my purpose.

This computer is perfect for what I needed. Lightweight and easy to use.

this powered up and got online easy. Very nice unit for the money. Like the separate number pad. We are retired, so the plastic framework will be more than adequate. Families may have trouble with durability issues ? ! Salesclerk went out of his way to put info from our phone into Best Buy system, enabling purchase, senior citizens of course !

Can't beat the deal of the day price. Fast, light and easy setup.

This laptop is exactly what I needed with a little more speed than necessary... not that I'm complaining about that. Everything has been smooth. The OS did not come with tons of bloat software. The only issue I can see is the battery life could be much better than it is, but charge time is quick so it's not too bad.

I have been using this laptop for work over the past few months, it seems to be holding up really well and does everything i need it to. My only complaint is it seems to drain the battery quicker than i expect, but coming from a almost sole desktop user i could just be expecting more than its capable of.

screen was horrendous .. laptop is wicked fast. USB-C ports are useless very low function. Build is a bit cheapish plasticky feel.

I was looking for a solid laptop with decent memory and speed but at a good price. I researched several and had an idea of what I wanted. The sales associate listened to my requirements and showed me several options. By far this laptop seemed to have everything I wanted and was reasonably priced. I got it home, transferred everything from my old laptop very quickly and have been more than satisfied by the speed and quality of this product.
